I like the greenary in the campus.our campus is full of trees .
The fests here are to good to enjoy and explore.
Placement offers and internship offers .

Dislikes

As the campus is open campus there is low safety for girls
There is no air conditioning facilities in classes .

At present I am doing my btech in mechanical in IIT BHU . I selected this branch because comparing to other colleges there is a great chance of placement offers for IIT bhu . The faculty here are also good

Internships Opportunities

In our college internship oppurtunities are very less . actually internship oppurtunities depends on the branch. Generally internships start in the intra semester break of 5 th semester and lasts until the placements time starts . I don't have any internship experience

Placement wise campus provides an best placement oppurtunities . Getting placement depends on oneself ,his or her trails . From 7 th semester students are eligible for sitting in the placements . If the students are not interested in jobs ,many of them prefer higher studies and appearing gate.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure depends on the income certificate.For a no income certificate guy there is no fees reambersement it is completely a figure of 1 lakh nearly for semester, if the father's annual income is less then 5 lakhs it decreases to 30 % of fee .and if fathers annual income is less than 1 lakh there would be no fee.

Campus Life

In IIT BHU there are more than 50 clubs to explore. Name of annual fest is Kashiyatra .Tech fest is TECHNEX . Library is available everyday except Sunday. There is a high chance of participation in outfests and inter IIT competition through sports.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel infrastructure is not much better than other IIT s . But the facilities available are good . Water supply and room cleaning are good . Security wise is best because as the campus is open campus there is fear of safety.

Hostel Fee: INR 15000 per year

Admission

The entrance exam to do the course in IIT BHU is jee mains and jee advanced and the cut off rank for girls is nearly 7000 and 1000 to 2000 nearly for boys . Reservation benefits are there . There is a huge competetion for these institutions

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

So entry in IIT BHU was through JEE ADVANCE. I gave the examination and got an All India Rank(AIR) of 7533. Then I had Josaa counselling where I had to select colleges according to my priorities. So one of the many colleges I filled was IIT BHU(4 Year B.TECH Chemical Branch). The distribution of colleges is purely based on your ranks. Higher rankers will be prefferd above you.
