Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I was unaware of the curriculum while joining so nothing about curriculum influenced my decision to choose this course. We got exposure towards various aspects such as cadeveric dissection, various types of suturing, cpr techniques, various examinations, seminars, workshops, paper presentations and patients exposure to improving our skills and knowledge and to become confident in the real world. The curriculum should be improved by uptodate uploading of the ppt and to improve it by more practical classes with models and real life cases. The final exams are conducted yearly and there will be internal assessments throughout the year with the gap of 6 months. The question paper is designed as easy, moderate and difficult levels. There will be class tests of each subjects through out the year conducted by faculty. Exams will be moderatly difficult.

Fees and Financial Aid

There will be a tution fee of two lakh fifty thousand per year which will increase for every new batch. Complete course of education is 16 lakhs including hostel fee there will other charges for books and ither collge necessities. There is scholarships for minority students, also with students with distinction. We have internship programme for 1year with no stipend

Campus Life

3

There will be cultural fest annually which is on the minth of april for 3days and there will be a sport fest for 3 days prior to the cultural fest. There are enough study materials available in the library of college and university library. The college has provided with smart classes. Now they are providing ac to the students. Usually there will be an annual sport meet of 3 days and cultural fest of 3 days.there are Instagram pages run by students of every batch.

Hostel Facilities

3

The hostel is inside the main campus and everyday we have to travel 20 minutes to the college. We are provided with 6 beded dormitory with two fans, 1 table, 1 chair, 1 shoe rack and 6 cupboards with additional charges they will provide rooms with4 bed and AC. Hostels are providing non vegetarian food for 6 days and the other day with veg curries. The food quality is average. The registration process for hostel is along with college registration. Hostel fees is bit costly. Because of high cost i moved out of hostel with friends and rented an apartment near the University

Admission

Firstly one will have to qualify higher secondary education with 50% in physics, chemistry and biology and later want to qualify neet. Later through agency or directly one can get admission on college by filling the required application forms and essential documents. There will be yearly exams in this college with the whole syllabus of that year and in the final year there will be exam after one and half year. There will be internal assessments throughout year with the gap of 6 months. The question paper is designed as easy, moderate and difficult level of questions. While iam joined the admission process took time because the course was new to the college and number of students was more.i think It will be more easyand convenient if the admission process was done through online.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The approch of ayurveda to patient is subjective as it focuses on each body type rather than general approach for disease. The curriculum for us is RS7 which is designed in such a way that not only theritical aspects will be clear but also we learn about practical approach to the patient as well. As if now the revised syllabus is very much improved it's difficult to suggest any changes now . The exams are very well planned
