Teachers were excellent, they very very humble
College library have lots of books, all books related law are there
Students of this college were very very studious

College fees are too expensive, thery should have some concessions on College fees for economically backward students
College location is too odd, without auto riksha there don’t have any other public transport to reach College
College don’t have adequate infrastructure, where others private law College have more infrastructure with similar fees

Judiciary called 3rd pillar of democracy and law is main part of judiciary, judiciary run by lawyers so itself it is a self proud to do this course There were lots of old and unnecessary things whic are not relevant on present day There must be added more practical workshop Exam were too long time, need to concise exam duration

They do not provide any internship Student have to do internship by themselves College don’t provide any law firm where student can do internship. College did just moot court practices but dont provide any internship

Fees and Financial Aid

There were 10 semester & each semester they take 27000, there were no opportunity for scholarship abd all, all colleges take fees as they decide, University don’t fixed any fees limit for private colleges

Campus Life

Every December -January they arranged annual fest called RAINBOW for this they take another 600 with College fees per year. There were lots of book in the college library There very old technology they used, they don’t invest on modern technologies They arranged lots of annual sports on fest Seniora help all juniors in any kind of matter

Admission

Need to pass 12th with atleast 60% marks All details were available on Calcutta university website & also College website There were no reservations Exams are tough, you need to study carefully, as it is subject of judicial so student needs lits practical experience with theory There were mus some reservations and concessions for economically weeker section

A holistic experience: my journey at CFI college of Law

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd say the BBA LLB curriculam si quite relevent and comprehensive. the blend of business management and legal studies really made me choose this course because it gives a holistic understanding of both fields. The curriculum is pretty practical and prepares us well for real- world applications like internships and moot courts and also sets a strong foundation dor further studies in law. In term of Imporvements i think the curruculum could benefit from more interactive workshops and practical training sessions and somtimes a bit more hands on experience and indusry exposure help bridge the gap between thoery and practice. Regarding exams, I find the frequency and timing are well balanced. the semester exams come at a good pace and whike some subjects can be challenging they are definately manageable with consisnent study.

My honest experience of my collage life

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my collage courses curriculum conduct by Calcutta university, every collage who affiliated with Calcutta university follow Calcutta university curriculum. I choosen BA LLB because in ba llb every semester you learn new law subject and they help you better understand because you have five year times you can learn every law subject very breifly way. I think the curriculum of my law subject is enough to prepare me for real world application because you read every law subject who is important for your real world experience that is the reason i choose this course. I think they need to change repetive topic in semester because of tenure of course i repeated few topic of my subject i think they need to change the few topic of subject they are so repeated. Every year two semester exam i give and semester season is june and December , in june semester exam student have very less time to prepare for exam i think this is a difficult for students for prepare exam in a short time.

Handbook to carry in TIU

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I am a student of BBA LLB. Tab management subjects makes a mess for me there are 7 subjects in management which I think doesn't have any applications in the real world and its like I heavy load to us in our curriculum but in speaking of the law subjects there are hard subjects but frequency in the timings of the classes make it very easy and allows us to perform well in the exams

Heritage Law College is Lovely!!

Placement Experience:

Number of students who have been placed is far less than what it should be ideally. Kolkata is a paradise for law practice as it is the largest city of India and lawyers have always been in demand here. Still only 30% of the students are placed here and that's a big issue considering the name of our college.

My experience in Heritage Law College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main thing that I love about the curriculum is that we need to study in depth. Our syllabus contains most basic to really professional level stuff which really help us prepare for real life experiences and further academic pursuits. The only change i would like is more practical experiences that would be helpful.

Heritage Law College is a heritage of legal studies!

Placement Experience:

In the final year when some law firms and legal houses of Calcutta High Court approach our college for placements. If one gets at top law firm them the packages are around 8-10 lakhs but if under a lawyer the salary is just 2-3 lakhs a year.

Well there's a downside to every thing as well as a good side to it. The good side is that even if there is load number of students present in the class that teachers will not refuse to take the class but instead suggest in taking the class even if there are less students capacity.
