The course and the department are very efficient than other colleges the faculties are the best on karnataka department will arrange internships in police stations and visits on jails fingerprint buero etc also we have practical and skill learning in this department

Tution fee will be increased by year for the new admissions the amounts for my course is 167000 per annum very echo friendly and beautiful campus and department tution fee is 65000 and other fees are applicable

We have festivals such dashara sutur jathara and college fest amoghotsava jeevan and thathwam also university fests are also conducted best class rooms with digital ict and microphones 24x7 security and cameras best faculties and tagging free campus sports meets and cultural meets are there sports include football basketball cricket throw ball etc student friendly campus

Admission

50% in PUC or 12th Kerala /Cbse/icse the student should be passed with science stream including biology physics chemistry. The application form you can find on the jss medical college official website jssedu.in The fee for per annum for bsc in forensic science is 167000 it may change upcoming years Application date are on college offical website scholarships and other benefits are available The exams are held after 1 month of your joining and first internals will be held and after 1 month second internals will be there.

The principal is very supportive and helpful to students. The management listens to student problems and guide us. The college campus environment is good.

Placement Experience:

The college also provide basic placement support like career guidance, interview preparation, and skill development program. After completing my degree, i plan to gain work experience in my feild and improve my professional skill for better career opportunities.

Likes

Teacher are well indulged , they help you .
Very good area where students get stuff they need.
Provision of canteen and stationery given

Dislikes

Campus is tooo small for a student to even have lunch
Strict and actively don't support in athletics
Sometimes, dealing with admin-related processes like society budget approval or fest dates approval can be slow and confusing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I got admission in 2024 so BCU started SEP Batch which is totally new , and we really don't find any book to refer on the basis where we don't get help as much as we need and it's new , bsc has alot to do .

Likes

Research culture, cooperation and a distinct lack of competition
Active student bodies, cultural groups, regional groups
Friendly professors, good understanding of mental health on the professor level

Dislikes

Bad decisions taken by admin regarding mental health, such as removal of ceiling fans and attempts at coverups.
Apparently Caste Based discrimination. Seems to be a lawsuit right now.
Difficulty with time management in early semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There wasn't really any. It was mostly the friendliness of the profs that pulled me into maths. Do note that in IISc, the first three semesters are common and you pick majors after that. The maths curriculum prepares you for a future in either industry or academia. Moreover, one can take courses in other departments to help their industry pursuits. Only way would be to make some courses more interactive, but this hasn't been a problem for me personally. Most high level courses have two exams. Sometimes not even that. And exams generally aren't difficult for someone who has kept up with the course.

Placement Experience:

from 6th semister onwards students are eligible for pkacements. I dont know about the companies of placements as iam a fresher here. The placements here are really good in this course. After Msc forensic science the annual package in an average here is 2-5 lakhs. Almost 80% of forensic students get placement here. As iam pursuing my bachelors here, iam thinking of writing the entrance exam for NFSU gujarath for my Masters.

All you need to know about BASEU

Likes

Infrastructure is really good, the campus is huge and is filled with greenery
The curriculum is extensive and is based on real world applications
The campus is happening with a lot of clubs

Dislikes

The placements are not upto the mark, could be better
The mess food could improve. It is puke worthy.
Although it is a college, there are a lot of restrictions

Placement Experience:

Our university has a training and placement office for the fourth and fifth year students. Before that you need to find internship opportunities yourself. The significant companies include EY, MoSpi, RBI, NSE etc. The is around 50% placements. The highest package was around 40 lakhs and the lowest 5 lakhs. I plan on working in the RBI after my degree.

I wanted to pursue my masters in a reputed top college because it was helpful for my career. And then I got to know about JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research. I got to know about it's NAAC grades and it was a reputed college in the Royal City Mysore. The process of applying in this college is not so complicated. First one should go and search the college in google and then apply for admissions then we can select the courses offered by the college then after clicking on our desired course we need to fill the details of our 10th board marks scored by us and then 12th board marks sheet we need to upload and then our bachelors degree mark sheet and we need to upload in the site.
