Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is very basic and easy to learn for the individual.this course curriculum have very creative things to do and learn and students can achieve skills in this course.I also need creativeness and communication skills that influenced me to choose this course. The curriculum teaches us practically 60% and theory 40% the curriculum also teaches us communication skills and good character for further academic pursuits. The improvement in the course curriculum is the syllabus has to reduce few topics in each subjects because it becomes lengthy. The teaching method is also good but that teaching method should improve the timings. The frequency and timing of exam are easy and the difficulty level is also based upon your learning and study

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of the course is 425000 and the registration fees is 25000 so total is 4 lakh for the course. There is no scholarship in this college. And they provide financial assistance from the bank to provide education loan to the students. The college give campus employment after the course completion. There is no tuition fee increase policy and there is no any regularity and rate of such hikes. The complete cost of your education is 425000 there is no service fees. you have to give the exam fees only when there is semester exam held. No scholarship or financial aid are available for students. The college give campus employment after course completion or in the third year they give NOC to the student. They give job of your choice. And the stipend amount is is based upon your role and responsibility

Campus Life

3.5

The annual festival are manthan and Umang the manthan event is held in every year in the month of March. The range and accessibility of books are so much in the library you can go and read inside the library but you cannot issue the library books. In the classroom there are projectors to teach the students and fully AC all the classroom the sports and extra curricular activities are like Holi Diwali in this festival extra curricular activities are held but sports activities are very rare. No students run any social groups and clubs.

Admission

The admission is very easy and simple.we don't have to give any entrance exam and no cut off needed.i didn't like the registration fees that is too high. No eligibility need to avail any course. We can find the application form from their website or contact the counsellor of the college the application fees is 1000 only and application dates are out in the month of july. The frequency and timings of exam are very good to give the exam and are very convenient, the difficulty is also easy if you study well and hard.

Placement Experience:

80% students are placed through DME with a package of 5 LPA to 7 LPA on an average which is quite decent for a fresher entering the industry. The top recruiting are for placements are Bharat Express, PR Guru, Amar Ujala, Dynamite News, T.H.E.M.E.S. Over 90% of the students were placed for internship in Amar Ujala, PR Guru, Aaj Tak, ABP News and Doordarshan. Top roles offered are journalist, content writer, anchor, film maker, and back end roles like video editor, graphic designer and many more. I personally plan to go into video editing after getting the degree.

Placements of our colleges and mediocre. From 6th semester students become elegible for campus placement. The highest package offered was 6LPA and the average package is 3-4 LPA. Placement depends upon the students applying for placement through college. Many students gets internships or jobs by themselves before even reaching placement cell.

Students become eligible for placement during their final year of college. DME offers several different companies that it has tie ins with for placements to students such as Gadgets 360, Aaj Tak, Myntra, PTI and D&P. 70-80% students get a good placement package. My personal plan following graduation is to pursue my higher education in correspondence with employment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself was nothing out of the ordinary material, it teaches you the basics of the field but the faculties were pretty good and helped us understand not just the basic but a little more so that we could actually be able to work in the environment once we get there. Also they organise workshops which was mandatory for all the students without any extra charge to learn from professional what to do and how to do it best. We also used to get projects which actually helped alot in learning with practice the theory.
