Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is of 2 years (4 semesters). It aims at providing academic knowledge in various disciplines of mass media like Television,radio,etc. Practical exposure is of utmost importance in this course.
Placement Experience
Internships are provided by the college to its students on a regular basis. Since its a setup of News24,you need not worry about the Internships. They also pay you a very good Stipend while you are working.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees is paid on yearly basis. Fee structure is as follows:- 1st year- INR 1,60,000 2nd year- INR 1,30,000 Loan facility is provided by the college if a student is not able to pay the fees. Also, scholarships are also given to students.
Campus Life
For practical exposure, various anchors come to our college and tell us how to develop our communication and other skills which are required in this field. Scriptwriters and editors are also invited by the college.
Admission
Selection is done entirely on the basis of merit. The minimum eligibility criteria is that the student should possess bachelor's degree in journalism or mass communication/ or any other equivalent degree.
Faculty
Faculty is well qualified, dedicated and professional. They are very much experienced in teaching a particular course. We were lucky that we got teachers who had been working for media for more than 10 years.
