Yes it is a good course and we can easily get job all over the world in companies,hospitals and industries.i decided to choose this course because I like to work in industry.in this course we can study wide varieties of microorganisms .

Fee structure is for 2 years we have to give 2 lakh we will get scholarships based on your marks in your previous exams. service charges and compulsory charges we have to pay extra.scholarship are available for students in yenepoya university

Campus Life

We have cultural festivals and annual day and a lot of celebrations in yenepoya university the celebration depends on different months There are a lot of different books in our library in which the students can refer from that.

After graduation of BSc Microbiology directly we will get application form from yenepoya and from the website of yenepoya institute of Arts and science college under yenepoya university manglore we got admission to get here

My Experience: The good and the Bad

Course Curriculum Overview:

I liked this biotechnology course in degree(Bsc) and i wanted to continue this course with higher studies. Hence this university is reputed one in Karnataka.. i choose this one and I got the seat and I am very happy for this. The teaching methods are really good but it depends on particular lecturers, how they teach .. For main sem exam the time was around 3 hours for 70 marks and it was moderate and can be manageable

Our college provide very fantastic placements , in every year they invited two or three companies in our college to get placements us.In last semester the students are eligible for for campus placements.Shilpa biological industry, biocon industry both company are offered the placement in last year. they told they provide highest packages 800000 rupees per year and averages 400000 per year . In our department , 2 to 3 students are getting palcements. after i completed my degree , i want to research so i admitted in phd programmes.

BU needs more Improvement

Placement Experience:

After 3rd sem, we are eligible for campus placements. There'll be job drive for around 1 week where we get to attend. Commerce students get more opportunities rather than Botany students but nevertheless we get to work in medical feilds depending on interviews

Firstly I choose this college for my better courier in my course.So over other colleges this is far better and perfect for me. I applied for this college through their official website and attended eligibility exam through this I have received my admission confirmation letter and admission process.
