The aspects that interested me in this course was the money and the work that we do for pur society. The curriculum is very practical and is helpful in the actual real world. The curriculum is not for everyone as it is a very time taking course.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Every year there is 10% increase in the tuition fees . The complete cost of education is approximately 5 lakhs. I don't know about the usual scholarships that are available.We will be employed once our internship is complete.

Campus Life

My campus life is fun with perfect balance of education and sports and recreational activities.On every festival there is usually a function held and there is an intracollege fest every year with the students managing everything.

Admission

I would like to introduce myself as Ankita to be a doctor soon . Before entering the college I sat for entrance examination by the name NEET and I had many good and bad experiences associated with it . Eligibility for the entrance exam was 12th qualified and application form will be available on nta.nic.in . This exam is conducted once every year and the difficulty level of the exam itself is not the high but the number of students appearing for this examination every year is very high hence the difficulty level is considered high.The admission process is really hectic and very time consuming . The areas of improvement will be a good administrative team with members for each work that is available so that the work can be divided similar to the cells in our body working as one functional unit overall. That will be all . Thankyou

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I've always wanted to become a doctor. Every batch consists of 150 students and for every subject, there are at least 4-5 professors. All faculty members are of course doctors with varying degrees of specialization in their respective fields. Their teaching method is through PowerPoint slides for theory classes and practical's are held in respective labs as it happens everywhere else usually. As for now, due to COVID exams being postponed otherwise before the pandemic, exams were held on time. Exams in a medical college are always slightly more difficult than other courses otherwise if you study properly it's not that tough to pass.

Kalpana chawla government medical college is a renowned institute in this region. I am doing my MBBS course from this college. I got admission in this college through NEET entrance examination. I applied for NEET exam after completing my 12th. After clearing NEET, I applied with my score in counseling, and got admission in this college by my score. We must have studied Physics, Chemistry and biology in 12th and must have completed 17 years of age.

The admission is done purely on the basis of your NEET score. A cutoff is declared after the NEET results are out. A merit list is taken out. Medical College

Being one from the general category it is quite tough to cover the cutoff of the NEET exam. I got 625 marks with a rank of about 10000. There are only about 1 lakh government seats including all the medical courses. Getting admission in a private medical college for a middle class student is not aya all possible. Admission in government medical college can be taken by applying for the NEET exam conducted every year in ye month of may-june. Reservations are available for some categories which is unfair but the system works like this. The difficulty level of the NEEt exam sis decreasing day by day which is even worse because the cut off in increasing to another level which makes it even difficult to get a government medical seat. The reservation needs to be removed completely and the exam pattern should be set on a certain level....Read More
