Course Curriculum Overview

B.ed is a two year course with four semester. It includes total 20 theory exams with 4 MOOCs and 16 week of training in school. The training develops the important qualities of a teacher in a student. The curriculum trains the students according to the present need of the teachers in the society.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 107000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fees of the curriculum is 1,07,000 + 10000(security) which is returned at the end of the course. There are no other compulsory charges. As it a private institution so there is no option of the the in campus scholarships.

Campus Life

There is only one annual fest of IP University named as Anugoonj which is organises in the month of March. Dedicates clubs for Maths, Science, Social science and arts clubs are present in the college for B.Ed students. Library is equipped with all the necessary books of the course and some other essential readings are also present in the library. All the classrooms are equipped with projector and screen.

Admission

The college is affiliated through GGSIPU so they take admission through both CET and CUET exams. The application forms for the CET entrance test is available on the official website of GGSIPU. Anyone having graduation degree can apply for the course. The admission process is very smooth and efficient. CET Exam is held once a year typically in April or May. The filling of application forms starts in March for the same.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college provide us with Placements in the lasst year of course. different schools visit the campus and select students as per there ability and requirements. There was an active placement cell for each course that work online and offline both to get students opportunities to work.

A unexpected good experience

Placement Experience:

the placement cell is so active also they conduct multi seminars and session for the student. such as profile buliding and resume writing , presentig you self to the interviewer . the teacher also assess the student for the right career

Poor infrastructure, average faculty and not-so-happening campus life

Placement Experience:

Students in B.ed course become eligible to take jobs in the last semester i.e 4th semester. The college does not provide any placement in our course instead students themself have to mail and contact different schools to secure a teching job. Average package a student can expect depends on many factors like their subjects, qualifications and skills. On an average one can expect around 6lpa in private sector. For securing jobs in government schools Students have to clear exams like DSSSB etc where average package ranges from 10 -12 lpa. Many of my seniors are doing jobs in private schools as techers while some teach online and have their you tube channels. I am planning to do masters in English literature from DU to increase my knowledge and job opportunities.

Placement happens every year in my college, 98%, sometimes 80%, but the salary is not that good and we have to work more, due to which we are not able to meet our expenses properly, still some children are left out of helplessness
