Likes

Good faculty which is also supporting and experienced.
Nice infrastructure in college . Though campus area is not that much good but is decent.
Clubs are very active which help in personal development.

Dislikes

Attendance policy here is 75% and college is strict for this.
Too many restrictions in college hostel are there.
Exams are considered very frequently which is sometimes exhausting

Btech CSE AI ML curriculum is well designed as per the recent demanding market scenario in software field. AI is very demanding these days so well designed curriculum is helpful for preparing own self for being market ready. Exams are considered as CT 2times , pue and one end sem each semester.

Internships Opportunities

College gives ample amount of opportunities from its own side so that students can apply for internship and gain experience. Also training is also given by college itself. But you have to give effort from your side also.

Placement Experience

Placement is decent as compared to other colleges of AKTU. In Aktu KIET ranks as a top college in terms of placement and faculty. Highest package as per official website is around 50L by Amazon. Placement percentage is very nice around more than 85%

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure for kiet Total fees is around 9.5-10L for 4 years including hostel and mess fees. Tution fees: 5-6 L for 4 years. Hostel fees: 1.03L for one year. (Hostel fees includes mess fees) For scholarship you need to apply in state government and central government website for which update is given by college.

Campus Life

In matter of fests , KIET is pretty good. Epoque is a annual fest that is hosted for the college , which is very Nice . Celebrities and DJs come here. Last year Darshan Raval came. In matter of sports training, kiet lacks a bit behind.

Admission

Required 75% aggregate in class 12 in PCM and should have appeared in JEE mains. You can find its application form from official website of Kiet. Overall there are 8 semesters and therefore 8 University exams is conducted throughout the course and many internal exams are conducted throughout the course.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Poor management regarding any issue and problem
iCloud app not working properly and full of glitches and bugs
Slow process and management takes a lot of time to do work

Placement Experience:

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Good college for Degrees

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

Girls to boys ratio is very less as compared to other colleges

Encouraging more internship and training opportunities for students.
Expanding campus activities and facilities for overall development

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

i dislike thing in my collage are the students are not mature.
i dislike thing are in my collage are in this collage student have to wear a uniform.
i my collage there was a big grounds for different games but the game should we inly during and specific program.

This college has become autonomus so the exam and other activites are conducted by college itself . I have contacted to the alumnis of the college and they prefereed is better for NCR region private college. I dont applied for any other college . I did the choice filling for this college only and got in 1 ROUND .This colllege provides good exposure and good placements . My decision was I could say influenced by my elder brother and I don't regret taking admission here. I applied to all AKTU colleges got rejected only from IET LUCKNOW and KNIT SULTANPUR purely due to percentile reason Other than that I got all the colleges including BIET JHANSI. I chose this one due to placement of the 2022 batch. Well rounded engineering College Journey at KIET Group of Instituations

I choose this college because now its an autonomous university by which we can get many benefits . In comparision of other colllege fee structure is very favourable and afforable like in other private college like Amity , galgotia ,gl bajaj etc KIET offers various oppournity for students in each in every fields thy want to make their carrier. Admission process majorly through jee main rank and percentile through AKTU counselling but 15% seat they fill by direct admission on merit based list. Review for my college.

I got this college from my jee mains rank and UPTAC counselling I applied for JECRC University in which i got selected in CSE branch but I dropped it because it has so many students they admitted every student but in this college there is limited intake and seats are filled strictly on merit basis no donation is accepted just 15% seats are filled through direct admission which also involves written test and interview in college.To take admission in this insititute, you have to score good in JEE Mains exam and must have good percentage in class 12th after JEE you have to apply for UPTAC counselling.Through that you can get admission here....Read More
