I was interested in Electronics fundamentals that's why is chose ECE. The course Of ECE B.Tech at NIT trichy is really helpful in learning the core aspects of the subjects. Cultural fest-festember which is held in month of September. Technical fest is pragyan which is help in February. Many fests and extracurricular opportunities are there is college for a students overall growth. Library has more that 6000 books and it's a 6 story building. All kinds of sports clubs and teams are there for an individual to get involved in. Lots of student run groups like prakriti, aayam, ignite are there to help needy people's.

No. Of students in a hostel room may vary for hostel to hostel. My hostel is 2 seater. We have 2 beds, 2 fans, 2 Cubords and 2 study table ,shelf and chairs. There are all regional messes in college. From North indian to sound indian, andhra and kerela mess. Food quality at all the mess is descent and taste may vary from mess to mess. Hostel registration process is along with the Institute registration process only. We have to fill lots of forms and get is signed by direction and heads. Hostels at nit trichy are a bit in affordable range

Admissions in NIT is through JEE mains exam. This exam has complete syllabus of class 11th and 12th Physics,Chemistry and Maths.In my time there were 4 attempts of JEE mains, each of 300 marks.Best score among 4 was considered.Mains is a medium difficulty level exam. After the results we have to put college preference through JOSAA counseling. As per our percentile and college cutoff we get the college. All the admission process is done in college itself once the student enters the campus. I have no reservation benefits.Areas of improvement could be making admission process a little less hectic.
