Likes

As there is no strict attendance policy so we can work on skill
The course is industry outcome structed due to it is autonomous college
College infrastructure is well maintained there is smart board in every class room

Dislikes

Campus is very small and have limited facility like canteen ,labs ,etc
There is no ground to play in college and we have tp travel long distance for government ground
Placement is average as service company visit to our campus

I choosed this course because college as structured the course in industry ready outcome .There course is more on focus on practical knowledge instead of mugging and passing the course. In the course they also some soft skill lecture in which they teach soft skill like reading ,writing, aptitude, etc

Fees and Financial Aid

As the college fees is 114000 rupeeel but i belong to obc category so I have to pay 50 percent of tution. They also provide a scholarship for 1st rank every course and every in which they will pay all fees of four year an d also if you belong to maharashtra then there are also government scholarship which we can reveal

Campus Life

There are tchnoustav and aapan are popular fest of our college.there are are all book which needed for our course in college and also college give login id password for online access of books.as there is no ground so you can't expect any sport but there is sport competition during the fest.college also 4un some club in which we can learn technical and non technical skill

Admission

The eligibility of course of meritous based as i given mht cet and I got 70 percentile so I got in data science branch . I belong obc category so i got benefited while taking admission. All process of admission online as college as established well online infrastructure

Why I Chose PCCOE: A Student’s Perspective on Academics and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

For 5th semester students become eligible for internship (stipend based)...And from 7th semester for placements. TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra – for software roles Larsen & Toubro, Honeywell, Siemens, KPIT, Bosch, Persistent Systems – for core engineering roles (ENTC, Mechanical, IT) Other startups & IT product companies also visit for internships and full-time offers. Highest Package: Around ?24–28 LPA (mainly for CSE/IT students in product-based companies like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, TCS iON, etc.) Average Package: Around ?4.5–6 LPA for core and IT companies, and ?3.5–5 LPA for ENTC students. Each year, over 90% of CSE/IT/ENTC students get placed. Branch-specific placements may vary: CSE usually sees 95–98% placements, ENTC around 85–90%, and other branches slightly lower. I'm planning for higher degree (mtech)

The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

honest review focusing around accommodations, reality, college life, placements

Placement Experience:

our college has motorsports clubs so if you are in those clubs you will get very high reputation while the placements. one concern you have to consider is that the will have total 3 campus for the placement drives so the crowd is very high.

Placement Experience:

From semester 6 students can sit for internship drives in college. Companies like BMC, Rapid7, TCS, Capgemini, Accenture ,Barclays visit our college, mostly the hire for SDE role and give traning to selected students. Highest package is 61 LPA and average is 7-8 LPA. Percentage of students getting placed vary each year. I am planning to sit for placement.

I choose these college over other colleges because is it best of all . D Y Patil College of engineering and technology kolhapur have its own placement assistance and it is approved by NACC A+ and it is affiliated to Shivaji University Kolhapur. Highest package offered on campus by companies is 64 LPA and minimum packages are 5-6 LPA . college have best placement over other colleges. All faculty is PhD faculty. And best labs for learning over other colleges doesn't have that much services. Course offered by my college are Computer science and Engineering Computer science and Engineering ( Data science) Computer science and Engineering ( AIML) Mechanical engineering Chemical engineering Civil engineering etc . Admission process: Admission process of this college is through cap round conducted by Maharashtra government.
