Only hostel view in winter and hostel room is good washroom clean every weeks.
Professors are too good and helpful as well as cooperative.

Dislikes

College life not good as compared to campus life.
Transportation not proper . At night time you can't come to college.
Lot of restrictions for walking and other too much thinks.

Course Curriculum Overview

I think that if someone want to take electronics branch in rec sonbhadra than they need to work on self only because i don't think so that college is not totally updated for electronics branch. Slightly improvement is important in all branches related pracical work and practical lab so that students can upgrade himself. Level of examination is good and timing is also good.

Class Size: 504Course Fees: INR 52300 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is rupees 52,300 per year and 5000 rupees for casual money. Examination fees is rupees 7856 which is taken by aktu at AKTU portal of every student. Hostel fee is about rupees 10000 per year and rupees 1000 for hostel security. Mess charges is 15000 rupees per semester and 5000 rupees foe mess security. Total amount is about rupees 96156 There is no stipend for anything.

Campus Life

All fest are happening in college but the best one is happening is freshers and other are too small party type and that fund is collected by students only. Near about 2000 books available in Library and 80 seats available only fully AC. Classrooms are only good but without ac 6 fans in one room labs are fully AC. CAMPUS is not that much but location of hostel is wonderful in the winters for sineary.

Admission

I was diploma holder and I was given the exam UPSEE at 2020 and get near about 2203 rank which is too high but I counciling for college but due to high rank i didn't get any college but in last i got REC SONBHADRA college in spot round i.e., electronic branch. And after that i take admission easily.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As far as it's concerned with relevance,i would say they are still following typical btech curriculum, though they added machine learning but teaching it for just one sem does not make any large difference. I think subjects like physics and workshop should be removed.

Placement Experience:

placements of our college are decent like 4to 5 lpa average package is in our college. In the of Campus there are big numbers like 15 lpa 20 lpa 25 lpa etc. But if you keep working hard thn on campus then you will definitely get a good package. There are some students who have cracked paid internship in their second year. The companies like Amazon TCS coagnizant etc visits our college. Highest package sometimes goes to 32 40 lpa while average is around 5 to 6 or 4 to 5 LPa I think around 90% students get placed in this college and my plan is to get a good job after the degree

The college offers decent placements. There is a seperate placement cell with coordinators and teaching mentors who will help you get placement ready. The students become eligible for campus placement from 3rd year (5th semester onwards). List of some companies : CodingNinja, Capgemini, Infosys, Tcs, Maqsoftware, Soprasteria, Accenture, Paytm, Razorpay, Autodesk etc. Number of offers made varied from 1 to even 200(mass recruitment) Highest Package last year- 39 lpa (Autodesk) Average Package- 5 lpa percentage of students getting placed: 80-85% After getting my degree I would try to get a campus placement in a product based company where I can hon my skills and can make my sincere contributions.

Consider if you are preparing for any exam.

I choose this college the fees is more affordable as compare to other colleges. i give the jee mains exam and after that i participated in the aktu counselling the counselling is so late so we get late admissions and at the time of college filling i prefer this college because of the good faculty as i listens everywhere but expectations not meet as i think. if you have to prepare for the gate or any other high level JOB you can sure come here otherwise you will get nothing else here. I choose this college the fees is more affordable as compare to other colleges. I did not get any rejection from any other colleges but the fees in private colleges is really high. For the admission in this college you need qualify AKTU's UPSC exam that happens before 2021 but now you can get college through JEE mains counselling. Cutoffs for this college increasing day by day. Till 2019, admission was taken by an individual entrance exam name UPSEE(Aktu), from 2021 admission is taken by Jee main score, ate very low percentile student got admission, Counselling starts where students have to provide their jee score and certificate of 10th, 12th score but school marks don't matter, total 4 or more rounds are held according to the seats remaining, the special round also helps if still, the seat is vacant, and any type of reservation is applied, like army officers quota,obc, sc/st, girls quota etc....Read More
