Dislikes

Mess is worst for boys. You can't live with it.
Timing restriction on campus would take fun out.
No events and function are supported by college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is as per AKTU University and in my opinion the faculty would only provide theoretical knowledge here. It would be up to students to get the practical knowledge by themselves and grasp any opportunities they find.

Fees and Financial Aid

The charge you yearly for tuition fees and hostel if you opt for that. Mess fees is paid semester wise and you may choose to pay fees half upto you get the scholarship. They provide state scholarship for students looking to avail.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is developed only for hostel and college. Apart from that there is a open gym, clinic and canteen. The infrastructure is just enough for education and no curriculum for sports or social aspects.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel are decent enough to live but frequent power cuts and water shortage should be expected. They don't let you have hostel unless you opt for mess. Mess is poor for boys hostel. Recommended to stay outside, would be a better option.

Admission

I had taken UPTU exam and got rank of around 12k in general and got this college. My category rank was around 1600 and I got this college at last round of my counselling. Need to prepare several documents before starting counselling.

KNIT SULTANPUR IS A GOOD COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placement after 6 th semester and at the starting of 6 semester students start getting ppo i.e pre placement offers and other things . This year many companies have visited here like wipro,hcl,etc and the average package is 8 lpa and percentage of students placed are 15 to 20 percent.

A good choice for quality education and career growth

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 6th and 7th semsester the college has a dedicated placement cell that organise training sessions resume building workshops mock interviews and aptitude class to prepare students for placement Many companies visit the campus every year , including IT and sevice based comapnies . The most common roles offered are software developer technical support, data analytical and trainee enginer. The avaerage package can go upto 7 lakh while the highest package can go upto 52 lakhs . Around 70-80% of students get placed through campus drives while other opt for higher studies , internships or off campus job . The placement process is smooth and well organised bh the college. After completing my degree , i plan to either secure a good job through campus placement or improve my skills for better off campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Generally, in the 7th semester, students sit for placement. Some top recruiters of our college are Samsung RnD Noida, Samsung Delhi, Axon, Bajaj, Xceedance, TCS, etc. The placement ratio varies from branch to branch in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering almost all students got placed with an average of 6-7 LPA, in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology branch 70-80% students got placed with an average of 11-12 LPA and highest of 35 LPA.

Consider if you are preparing for any exam.

I choose this college the fees is more affordable as compare to other colleges. i give the jee mains exam and after that i participated in the aktu counselling the counselling is so late so we get late admissions and at the time of college filling i prefer this college because of the good faculty as i listens everywhere but expectations not meet as i think. if you have to prepare for the gate or any other high level JOB you can sure come here otherwise you will get nothing else here. My Point of View for my college

I choose this college the fees is more affordable as compare to other colleges. I did not get any rejection from any other colleges but the fees in private colleges is really high. For the admission in this college you need qualify AKTU's UPSC exam that happens before 2021 but now you can get college through JEE mains counselling. Cutoffs for this college increasing day by day. Till 2019, admission was taken by an individual entrance exam name UPSEE(Aktu), from 2021 admission is taken by Jee main score, ate very low percentile student got admission, Counselling starts where students have to provide their jee score and certificate of 10th, 12th score but school marks don't matter, total 4 or more rounds are held according to the seats remaining, the special round also helps if still, the seat is vacant, and any type of reservation is applied, like army officers quota,obc, sc/st, girls quota etc....Read More
