I opted for this college because of it good patient inflow. Many professional dentists with high hand skills and teach really well. This college comes in top 20 dentistry colleges of India. My cousin suggested this college because she is doing PG in this college, so she suggested to me here.

BDS curriculum is as difficult as MBBS. Because you also need to study Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry, same as MBBS students and on top of that you have Dental Anatomy and Dental Histology. Managing everything is really difficult if a person doesn't take an early. In the further consecutive years, separate stream based subjects are taught and you also need to practice on patients from 3rd year.

Yes, the college provides internship but unfortunately, you dont get paid if you enter through management. But if you enter through merit you will get paid a very small amount like 2000 or 3000.

It's a dental course, it hasn't got anything like placement or job opportunities. It's up to you that how much good you are as a doctor and later on you can have your own chamber or you can try as teaching faculty in your college or another college. If you want you can try multispeciality hospitals.

Not many events celebrated. Always into studies and boring lifestyle. Once a year they try to manage cultural, fest and sports. But everything is managed by the interns, the faculty doesn't bother much with extracurricular stuff. And yeah all about it.

The fee structure is quite a lot expensive. And since its a private college they take a huge amount. Like around 3lakhs or more for management students per year. For SC ST the fees are extremely low on the other hand. Within 1 lakh for them. So be prepared for the cost if you are coming here.

NO, no scholarship or loan is provided by the college. The only scholarship that's provided is to the SC-ST ones and a hand few who are the residents of karnataka.

Hostel faculties and mess food are the worst. The majority who joins the hostel ends up leaving after the 1st year. It has no security, broken lifts and staircases. Mess food can give you permanent diarrhea. They only prepare south indian dishes with very cheap products and chicken is only on sunday.

Yes, the seniors and alumni are helpful up to a certain level. Some are really good and helpful.

Exam structure includes 3 internals and 1 university exam. One must pass in 2 internals to be eligible for university exam and must have above 75% attendance in all the subject classes. Each interval will be of 70marks theory and 30 marks practicals. You must get at least 50% to pass according to the university rules.

A person can get admission in this college through NEET or through management. I am from West Bengal so I had to go through some CET procedures , where they saw my NEET my rank and took my suggestion about which colleges of bangalore I prefer . Later they 2 phases for admission, in the 1st phase top students entered and in the 2nd stage they took the remaining who qualified according the criteria for each college.

Faculty for dental streams is really good but they do underestimate your abilities so one must try to be at top of the class from starting. Medical subject teachers don't bother much and just teach and leave, yes as a student you can approach them for doubts but still at the end of the day you need to study yourself.
