My curriculum is comepletely based on the bds course details going all over india .. We only have 1 main exam in a year cause its prof based and one internal exam in our college. So one university exam and one internal college exam before that

Internships Opportunities

Internship is after 4th academic year . Internship is for 1 year and the govt of west bengal pays wuite good for interns 30k + per month for interns only and after that u can work as house staff for 1 year in which u get 45k+ per month

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is 3700 per 6 months and hostel fee is only 12 rupees per month... its quite cheaper than most of the other government colleges. My complete cost is almost equal to 32 thousand in 4 years almost

Campus Life

Overall experience is campus life is pretty good . We have fest every year and many other cultural and other activities going on whole over the year. The main fest of our college is names festum which includes bringing one celebrity singer from bollywood also

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is very relaxed in our college . We dont even have ragging and anything. Seniors are very friendly. There is truly 0% ragging in our college or hostel. Registration process for hostel is also done on the day of admission and seniors are very cooperative in this

Hostel Fee: INR 1020 per year

Admission

I got admitted through central qouta seat from my state tripura ... one seat from this college is reserved for tripura (ur seat) ... i got admitted by neet marks. By participating in the state counciling There was nothing that I personally disliked in the admission process cause the bond fee for my college is only 1 lakh rupees

Course Curriculum Overview:

The teachers are very supportive and we have practicals and Clinical postings from 3rd year. We are given 10 patients each from 3rd year to treat. I think instead of two exams we must have two small weekly tests so that our memory power can increase.

Our college is a dental college and it doesn't offer placements but it does offer 1 year of internship and 1 year of house staff ship . payment of intern and house staff is pretty handful . You can apply fot governments jobs afterwards

Life of a mediocre student at KSD Jain Dental College & Hospital

Course Curriculum Overview:

This is a professional course, and there is still demand. There are 9 departments in the college itself and each has 5-8 teachers. Medical subjects are taught by Medical College Kolkata and their respective departments. Majority of the faculty are post graduate and most are more or less adept at what they do. Final exams are conducted by the WBUHS, and they keep changing the timings of the sessions.

Get an Air below 46000 in neet ug (for gen category) to get admission in this college. Application date fees are updated on nmc (aiq) and wbmcc( state quota). Generally nmc precedes the wbmcc in sequence. Reservation as per law in both aiq and state quota. Need digitalization of the college function and student friendly website. All the recent updates regarding the stream are quickly incorporated. All varieties of problems are looked after with care.
