Greenary and naturality exist in college is very butiful.
Swings and beches under trees are most helpfull for students

The warmth in the hostel is not so good and fans are not prop6workinh

I had decided to take this course is inspiration from my teacher.but futher knowledge about this course made me to turn my aim to another one .this course can provide a lot opportunities in many branches of physics like astro,mechanics, atmospheric science etc...

In my campus there exit a lot of cultural programs.onam celebration christhmas cleebbration,holy are one of the festive celebrations and union victory day,college day and arts day are the cultural ckebrations annually occur.dzone ,inter zones are the most butiful fests happening occationally by selecting the university

Hostel Facilities

Im staying ina college hostel which is inside the campus .Here rent is 1000 rupees oer month and 130 per food if it is taken and 65 if it is not taken.rooms are clean and tidy.space is enough.bathroom and toilet facility are good .and food quality is medium

My eligibility criteria for this course was completeing a degree course with physics and maths.eligibility for admission in this college was based on the marks scored on my degree course.i had took admission here in management quota.Application fee was 8100 and donation was 60000 rupees.application form were filled by ourselfby pen and papper method.admission was taken on 28/10/2022.i think the admission form should be computerised.this was the thing want i suggest

Curriculum are updated bi-annually, which is a great thing as it keeps the subjects relevant to the industry standards. The semesters can become quite hectic after the first internals as each subjects have 2 components. The timing to submit both is close.

Life at IITPKD

Remarks:

JEE Rank was the main factor. The facilities like hostel, labs, etc mentioned in the IIT Palakkad website. During the allotment process, one senior girl student of my branch contacted me and cleared all my doubts whether it was small or big, placement details, etc. After the rankings were released, based on the previous years cut-off ranks, I was able to get a fair idea about the colleges I would be able to join among all the IITs, NITs, IIITs. Based on JEE Mains rankings, NIT or IIITs can be chosen. Based on JEE Advance ranking, IIT can be chosen. Also, 2 mock allotment will take place which gives a fair idea of which allotment we will get. These mock allotment will be based on our preferences. We can change them after the mock. Then the actual allotment will start. Once we finalise our preferences and lock them, there will be 7 rounds of allocation. 3 options will be given in each round-Float, Freeze,Slide (details will be clearly mentioned in the website). Once you are allocated a seat in any round, document verification will take place (seat acceptance fee must be paid at this stage).

My college - my perspectives

For entering MSc physics in our college , you have to complete your graduation with atleast 75% marks for a non conserved seat. At the time of admission you have to pay an amount of Rs.8000 including admission fee and tution fees. There are 6 non reserved seats and 4 reserved seats including community, sc , sports quata. I was admitted into Sree Krishna College through single window portal of the Kerala government. As I was having a reservation under SC I got admitted into the college through the community quota. Our classes started on November 1st through online platforms like Google meet, Google classroom and zoom. Other important notifications are shared through WhatsApp. As I am an SC student I do have a lot of reservation benefits. I have joined the college through the single window process of govt of Kerala. As our college is under the Guruvayoor Devasam Board, it offers reservations for the scheduled categories. Our admission started in October 2020. I joined the college through the allotment procedure of govt of Kerala. There were 3 allotments followed by 2 supplementary allotments. As our college is an aided college the students can also join the college through management quota. It also offers sports quotas for the students who excel in sports.
