The course curriculum at MMMUT Gorakhpur, particularly in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department, is mostly relevant and comprehensive. While there are some subjects that may seem irrelevant, the overall quality is commendable. I was drawn to the CSE department by its impressive placement statistics, reflecting the practical relevance of the curriculum. The academic content is well-tailored for real-world applications, enhancing our preparedness for both industry and further academic pursuits. However, there's room for improvement in teacher quality, especially for lower branches like civil, chemical, and mechanical engineering. Additionally, focusing on enhancing teaching methods could contribute to a more effective learning experience. The frequency of exams, conducted approximately every two months, with a moderate to high difficulty level, ensures a rigorous evaluation of students' understandingunderstanding.

Placements are favorable for upper branches like CSE, IT, ECE, and Electrical, while lower branches face challenges. Eligibility for placements starts from the 6th semester. Microsoft offers at 42 LPA, and mass recruiters like BYJU's, TCS, and Wipro hire over 30 students. The average package is 7 LPA, with around 60-70% of students securing placements. Personally, my plan is to pursue campus placements after completing the degree.

The fee structure at MMMUT Gorakhpur includes a yearly tuition fee of 90,000, mess fee of 36,000 for both semesters, and a hostel fee of 24,000 per year, totaling 150,000. There is no regular hike in fees. Students with a family income less than 200,000 may avail a 54,000 scholarship. As of now, I haven't undertaken any campus employment or job roles.

My overall campus life experience at MMMUT Gorakhpur has been positive. The presence of diverse clubs in various fields contributes to the vibrant social aspect, although hostel infrastructure could be improved. Notable annual festivals include Abhuday and the technical fest Tech Srijan. The library is well-equipped with a range of popular and required books. Classrooms are modernized with fire protection systems, projectors, and other technological provisions. The campus offers excellent sports and extracurricular activities, including the annual sports competition called Aayas. While there are student-run clubs, the burden on students to run them is generally low, enhancing overall campus life.

The hostel facility at MMMUT Gorakhpur is friendly, offering various games and a common room with AC and TV. Meals could be improved, but students have a say in the menu. The registration process for the hostel is straightforward; fill out a form in the MPH. The total fee, including hostel and mess, is 60,000 per year. I pursued admission at MMMUT Gorakhpur for B.Tech through the JEE Mains entrance exam. The eligibility for the course required a minimum cutoff of 95%ile in JEE Mains. The admission process was hindered by delays in official procedures, which I found frustrating. To apply, I visited the official MMMUT website for the application form, fee details, and application dates. The form included reservation benefits for EWS, OBC, SC, ST, girls, armed forces, and PWD categories. The exams, held monthly, presented a moderate to high difficulty level. However, I believe there's room for improvement in providing internships through the college and ensuring the presence of qualified teachers for a better learning experience.
