Likes

I like the campus mostly. It's all green. And you have a helicopter statue where you can take photo's
Second thing lecture hall. It is very big and all the rooms have AC.
No night timing for boys in the hostel. And I you are out before 10 pm you can come any time in tha campus in night.

Dislikes

College is located in Jaipur and it is very hot in summers
Night time for girls hostel. Girls can not come after 10 pm even in the campus itself
We have 75% mandatory attendance system which I don't like

Course Curriculum Overview

My specialization is in Electronics and communication engineering. Course curriculum is good. You have labs and theory classes. Which will enhance your knowledge by doing practicals of what you are studying. In each semester we have mid sem exams and end sem exams.

Class Size: 112Course Fees: INR 196000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Till now I didn't get any internship. But so many companies visits pur campus for Internship Few of them are Salesforce, deshaw, Accenture, Amazon, Texas, seamen's, walse Fargo, duatche bank, Goldman Sachs, atlassian, ....

Placement Experience

College placement was good since last year. Ang placement is around 12 lpa and . But this year layoffs affected it but still it is good around 9.5 lpa. After completing the course you can Also go for higher degrees but after clearing some exams

Fees and Financial Aid

Ok so fee structure is decided in three categories Tution fee 66000, institution fee 18000 1. Family income is less than 1 lakh per annum You have to only pay institution fee(around 1800 per sem) + 0 tution fee. 2. Family income is between 1-5 lakh per annum. You have to pay 1/3 of tution fee + institution fee. 3 Family income is more than 500000. You have to pay tution fee + institution fee.

Campus Life

My Campus Life was very interesting. I am a active member of 3 clubs which regularly have many activities and events. We have our annual fest named Blitzschlag every year and tech fest Sphinx. Our lecture hall named VLTC is the largest lecture theatre in the Asia.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel fee is 32000 per semester. But you have to pay 12000 more in first only. In first year you will get a triple sharing room. In you room you will get an almirah, a bed, a chair, a table,a fan, a light. And lan connection or wifi. From second year you will get single seater room with same facilities. Registration for hostel is on same time when. You are applying for course.

Hostel Fee: INR 64000 per year

Admission

You can take admission after clearing jee mains with a good percentile. For general category 96-97 percentile is the barrier to get a seat in college. After clearing jee mains you can take part in jossa counciling through which you will get a seat if you are clearing cut off

The highest placement in my branch in previous year is about 12.5 LPA,and the average package in my branch is 6.5 LPA .approx 70-80 percent students are placed in my branch in on campus placement.

Good college, good life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food is a vast subject and people will not stop eating, so the scope of food technology is just amazing. The college has its own faculty for different subjects. This btech course is of 4 years ie 8 semesters. Each semester has midterms and final semester exams. Last semester is for an internship. Midterms are of 20 marks, practical of 30 marks and final semester theory exams of 50 marks, so passing the exam is damn easy. Regular classes with good faculties make this course easy.

Remarks:

The college is strict about it's attendance. You need to maintain 75% attendance. And taking about the studies there is a very studios environment in the college and the labs. The Students here not just focus on academics they also do some good extra activities.

MNIT stood out for its national ranking, active campus life, and better research opportunities compared to the state colleges. MNIT is among the best NITs of Northern India further it possesses a highly strong mechanical in civil departments which is regarded to be the strongest one after IIT Roorkee in Northern India to be admitted into MNIT you need to clear JEE Mains examination with a minimum 97% tile for the general category further than you need to apply for JOSAA and C-SAB consuelling to admit into MNIT. I have also taken admission in NIT Allahabad mechanical engineering but I wasn't able to get it since that closed 1000 above my rank, it is mentioned that they have a very good mechanical department as well. MNIT Jaipur also had had a great infrastructure to look out and also give frequent industrial visits to enhance practical knowledge....Read More

I applied for this based on nirf rankings and actually I was wishing to get this college, I was trying for nit Rourkela, nit Trichy but because of my ranking i wasn't able to get a seat in those colleges and as in my choice filling after those 2 colleges , I had filled mnit Jaipur as 3rd preference and my rank was good enough to secure a seat in this college Admission process is to write jee barch exam and apply for josaa counselling by filling your choices and wait for rounds to get your seat , once you get any seat in choices you'll be allowed to accept that seat or freeze that seat and move to next round for better college in your choices...Read More
