Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum for AIDE is still under process but the curriculum currently designed is a good one covering multiple aspects of machine learning and AI from the second semester itself . So there is a great scope for learning
Placement Experience
It is a NIT and renowned so the placement statistics are good and rising year by year. Average placement is 21Lpa and highest as reached upto 85 lakhs. There is good scope for stipend internships also oncampus.
Fees and Financial Aid
Different scholarships can be availed as it is a government institution. Also for students belonging to SC/ST category the tuition fees is not be paid . Fee remittances is also provided to students whose family income is less than 5 lpa
Campus Life
Campus life is well to do . There is need of more good infrastructure but the current one is also not bad. The computer centre is open 24×7 for students and good wifi is available around the campus . There is a stationery shop , dairy shop and groceries , fruit and juice and also a cycle repair shop . This a good facility.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are pretty good . Like I have been alloted H14 which has got good residential facilities but the mess food is average. You are alloted three seater rooms in first year and from second year you are alloted single seater rooms. Meal quality is not that good.
Admission
The admission in MNIT happens through Josaa and csab counselling on the basis of your JEE Mains score. I got 99.17 percentile and got admitted here into AI and Data engineering. Reservations are also applicable as it is a NIT state quota is also available to Rajasthan students . It is a renowned institution and a NIT on top of it and hence it is worth to fill in as a choice during your Josaa or csab counselling. Currently AIDE is a batch of only 40 students as it is a newly introduced branch and it will do good as the class becomes more interactive and happening when the batch size is less.
