Course Curriculum Overview
My specific aspects are that we are moving towards technology and development. So i managed my self for pursuing BCA as it is very technical course. The University semester exams occur in every 6 months and the results comes within 1 months after the completion of exams. There should be some improvement during exams as there is not so much strictness during exams which should be completed strictly. The exams are quiet difficult but can be done if the lectures are taken well in advance.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fees of the college for BCA is rs32600 and the exam fees is rs4000. The late fees is 1000rs. If someone as back exam then you have to pay 1000rs for backpaper as well. There is only government scholarship there is no such private scholarship from colleges. The college organizes Rashtriya Job Fest (RJF) in which 50+ companies comes in college for hiring students for jobs or internships. But the package is very less during placement.
Campus Life
There are many clubs in this college like AI Club, Kalakriti Club, Drama Club, Sports Club, Happening souls club and many more. The college organizes international fest named Xenium in which students from different countries participates in different competitions such as sports competitons technical competitions and cocurriculum comoetetions. Every classrooms has projecter and display which makes it more easier for us to understand things. There are two computer labs in the college.
Admission
The eligibility of course is the student appeared should have chosen computer or maths in class 12. For pursuing BCA in Lucknow Public college of professional studies you have to appear in entrance exam of lucknow university as the college is affiliated from Lucknow University. Or if you have to take admission in this college than you can also directly take admission from the college with minimum of 60% in class 10 and 12. The main benefit in this college is if you score above 90% in university semester exams than there is some concession in the fees. You can also avail government scholarship facility. The environment of this college is good but can be more better. Areas of improvement in this college is there playground facilities and badminton court. The swimming pool area should alsk be open for all the students not only for those who are living in college hostel
