Remarks

Good remarks are that it has a good infrastructures, good classrooms will well equipped projectors and good hostel facilities Bad remarks fee structure can be reduced.

Entrance Preview

I opted for this college cause it was a dream for me from my childhood days that I should somehow get into this college.I wanted my sister to study but she couldn't and I was finally able to study in this wonderful institution. This is a Christian minority institution and this was another reason why I wanted to study here

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The college has an excellent curriculum. Every year the faculty body will sit to discuss the curriculum and they also used to get the students feedback for every subject and they would assess everything and some new industry-oriented subjects will be introduced to make sure the students don't miss out the chances of getting themselves equipped for the industry

Internships Opportunities

Yes,The college provides the internship. Internships are generally given to students of MTECH and research. Those students are asked to apply for the teaching assistants and the resumes are shortlisted and based on the interview process they are selected and given a stipend of 17 to 25k

College Events

3.5

The most celebrated event here is MINDKRAFT. This is a national level technical fest in which every department conducts symposiums and many other events including cultural.Next is KEMT. This is an inter-college sports event.Next is Christmas Play. This is the annual celebration for the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is quite expensive here. Its based on the tuition fee for two semesters. Every semester the student has to pay their mess and exam fee and the delay of which will revoke their rights to write their semester exams. The fees is quite expensive and i feel they can do something about it

Campus Life

5

Don't have arrears. No company hires anyone with arrears Especially in final year. If you do have one Take advantage of the supplementary exam and make sure your report doesn't reflect an F grade Don't lose marks on internal tests!.. those are the easiest way to securing better grades that matter during placements! Graduates with over 6gpa are preferred for placements.. Not sure if that is still the case…so don't blow your chances by just trying to pass

Hostel Facilities

5

The hostel facilities are too good in karunya university. They have more then 10 hostels for both the boys and the girls. They are very safe and secure.Anything we ask or any grievance we have towards our stay they would do it for us.The food is the best in karunya. I would rate 5 star for this

Alumni/Alumna

Our alumni network are the best. we are like a family. Anywhere if you see a karunyan they are so good and helpful to us.

Exam Structure

Evaluation is on the basis of both continuous internal assessment and external end semester examinations. Using an office automation system the teacher can key in internal assessment and laboratory marks in to the central data bank at the Controllers office within a stipulated time. Final results are normally announced within 10 working days of the last examination.

Admission

I was told by someone that they were conducting admission drive in my city for this particular college and so we visited to make sure i will have a seat there.I wanted to study ECE but for my marks i had only civil and IT as options.I opted for IT and they gave a form to be filled and some amount as advance just to reserve the seat. And the rest we paid wen we joined the college

Faculty

4.5

Karunya recruits committed and dynamic faculty members at all levels. The faculty out there are well educated and upto the standards except for a few. Few faculties are too good in their subject knowledge. They have published so many international journals, books
