Course Curriculum Overview

There is very busy schedule. Classes from 9 to 5pm. In every two month there is exam whether prefinal, labfinal or final exam. The exams are not that difficult. The curriculum prepares us very well for real world applications

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement in our college is okay okay type. Not very good and also not very bad. The average package of 7 lakh per annum is there. The required cgpa for campus placemebt is 7.5 and highest pacakage is of 18 to 20 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is tution fee approx 19000 and hostel and mess fees approx 25000 per semester. Scholarship provided through many schemes like AAPRATNA and NSP to the eligible students. The a month is approx 2000 per month.

Campus Life

There are lots of societies working in our college whether national level or international level societies. Some of them are sanskritik chetna parishad, spicmacay, ecell etc... They conduct many events.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are okay okay type. Food quality is good as compare to other colleges hostel. There are total 21 hostel in the campus for both boys and girls. There is paratha in the morning everyday.

Hostel Fee: INR 30000 per year

Admission

Admission through gbpuat entrance exam. Reservation for different categories and the difficulty level of exam is moderate. The application form are released in the month of February and exam in the month of may and june.

There's a lot of practical exposure that is rarely available in other universities due to lack of farms, Curriculum prepares well for real life scenarios Could be improved if it was more updated but I think it is under the NEP for the recent batches.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester ( 4year program), 5th semester ( 3 year program) 3rd semester ( diploma) students are eligible for campus placement. There are several companies visited like Patanjali, Syngenta, Iffco, Dabur, Baer, etc. You can easily get 2.7 L.PA to 12.8 L.PA. Around 80% of students get placed. After completing the degree I will go for agriculture food officer.

In the final year or last semester, the student is eligible for campus placement, not at all courses placement is available, professional courses the eligible, but all the degree is valuable because it is gov. College. You have to maintain a percentage in every semester for getting a placement minimum of 65%. My plans after my degree are to do MSC.agriculture.

Basically, the course in which I have enrolled has started recently so there is no information of placements about our course but hoping for good placements So many companies like amazon Wipro nestle visited our college in last few years 40-50 percent of student get placements in every batch I have to seat for a competitive examination after my degree

Yes good college for knowledge but have to improve the lectures and mainly improve practical land as the more knowledge will be gained during practical rather than listening classes or reading books and hostels are maintained with quality food and proper facilities
