Detailed review of bsc.agriculture course offered by DSB campus naintal Kumaon University.

I applied for BSc agriculure at Kumon University, DSB campus Nainital, It's very simple to apply, u can apply online and submit documents by post or direct to college offline. Sometimes admission happens through merit and sometimes through the exam. Creiteria-- 12 pass with 70% for general , and for obc, sc and st its low. Process-- You have to submit 10 , 12 marksheet copy, form copy which you filled online . After that counselling is done , 3 counselling happens and students are selected, afeer that u have to submit TC, and other required documents

I choose BSc.agriculture because I have an interest in it. It is a new course in Kumon University DSB campus, so faculty is good, maximum are PhD graduate and good teaching skills and best at there subject. Every class contain 30 -35 students. The course is about 4 year and contains 8 semesters, there is an internal test and an external semester paper. If you study you can pass it easily ????, overall there is a good environment.

College provide you with an internship or you can do it on your own also, a college internship doesn't get you to stipend, but you get the more valuable certificate. You can also do project our tasks offered by University time to time, by this you can improve your skills which is beneficial for you in future.

In the final year or last semester, the student is eligible for campus placement, not at all courses placement is available, professional courses the eligible, but all the degree is valuable because it is gov. College. You have to maintain a percentage in every semester for getting a placement minimum of 65%. My plans after my degree are to do MSC.agriculture.

Course fees are about 30000 per semester each approx, 1800 examination exam and no other additional fees. There is some scholarship also which provide to student, that u can reach on the University site. If you are from OBC, SC, ST you get for the scholarship program. I think the fees are a little more prized as compare to other universities.

The life at the campus is awesome, there are many problems in which student can participate and improve their skills, fest happens every year and other problem too. There is a bog bang Library where every book is available, just you have to make a library card. Classes are good, clean, big, fulfil students requirements. There are my sports or extracurricular activities that also happens on campus, you can join campus teams, and social groups, clubs extra things, the overall environment is good and supportive.
