Management Study in Human resources.The PGP curriculum is the result of constant innovation and continuous review by the faculty with help from practitioners in industry, alumni and students. The course offers four types of courses spread across two years voz. Foundational, tools and techniques oriented, functional and perspective-building courses. It also provides opportunities for project courses and courses of independent study during the second year.

The fee structure is generally high when compared with other institutions.The Institute has an Alumni Center headed by a faculty who is the chairperson and five other faculty members as Committee members. A second year student in PGP and PGP-ABM, a student each from PGPX and PGP-PMP are also members of this Committee. The assistance of the alumni in preparation of case studies and research work of the faculty has been invaluable. Several alumni teach as visiting faculty at the Institute and other management institutions in India.

The hostel was really very good. Both indian cuisine and north indian will be there. Kasturbhai Lalbhai Management Development Centre (KLMDC) provides an hostels for the students.

The exams are sem wise and very rarely chilling. But it was good experience of high level knowledge gaining.
