Food in the hostel in the campus is the starting days.
Bus transport fees is higher in the university
For day scholars there is no good roads for coming to college

Course Curriculum Overview

Coming to the ece course I chose cause there is a heavy competition and had no idea what to do so decided to do ece in srm ap cause I am assuming that there will be a demand for semiconductors in India.

Coming to the fee structure in srm ap it is a little bit on a higher side compared to the other college in Andhra Pradesh.coming to fee structure for cse in 2023 batch aound 330k and all other cources around 250k

Coming to the campus life it has a lot more freedom compared to other colleges in ap.club activity are good .social aspects ,club involvement and coming to infrastructure provided it is top notch.it is abosuletly beautiful campus a student can participate in whatever he wants.

Admission

I wrote an entrance exam I got a rank under 26k in first attempt.i have not got a seat, decided to take a 2nd attempt in the third phase and secured a rank under 10k .got an admission in ece course .joined in the college

Students are eligible from 6th sem for placement Main drives start in 7th sem Some early drives also happen Companies like TCS,Wipro visit. Most roles are IT and support jobs Around 40 to 60 percent placed More Non it Related Less i core branches I Plan to get a good IT job. Also improve my coing skills Or go for higher studies later

Good college with proper management

Placement Experience:

The placments are not good for this collges because it doesnt have any better managment for placments. from 7th semester majot placments starts. the companies visited are HCL,TCS, infosys,flipkart and so on. The highest pachage i heared is 5 lakhs and lowest is 2.5 LPA the percentage of students are getting placed is less due to lack of skills.My plan is to secure job from good company.

Not only interships and jobs, we are also provided with so many courses in emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud computing, data analytics, and data science. Not only for computer-aided branches but also for core branches we are getting so many placements. We got 1800 offers for the recently passed out batch.

In the fifth semester, students are selected for campus placements. Companies are HCL, TVS, TCL, Microsoft company etc. I visited the HCL company. HCL company offered me 7 years agreement. Eighty per cent is compulsory to get placement at campus selection.

I chose SRM AP over VIT or local picks due to its modern tech focus. Some students miss IIT or NIT because of high JEE ranks. SRM AP is a top private choice for CSE. The online tests make it easy to join. Most students use the SRMJEEE exam for entry. The counseling is very fast and fair. You need a 60% score in high school to apply. I mainly choose this as this is a university and also they have a high percentage of placements for students in the university.
