What Students Say

Likes

The way teachers taught in class they clear every doubt.
The premises of hostel campus and college campus.
Various programs that takes place during various events.

Dislikes

Few faculty members and especially the workshop faculty members.
In Library there is so much noise people keep talking.
Many books are not available in library.

Course Curriculum Overview

I think there should be improvement of few teachers of 1st year since they provide pdf for exam and due to this many students do not attend class. Rest their education level is very high and they solve all the doubts of students.

Internships Opportunities

There comes internship programs from HBTU, IIT Bhubaneswar,IIT Kanpur. Company like Google , reliance visit this campus and there is campus selection. Last year the package of Electronics department was of 50 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees is not that much I think students can afford this and moreover this college also provides scholorship for those students who scholorship doesn't get selected on state level so this college is affordable.

Campus Life

The overall experience is nice.since this college provides many colours circular activities and there are many clubs also such as hobby club , robotic club , music club, coding club etc and there are also many programs.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is also good. They provide 4 time meel and the quality of food is also good. Menu of the food is decided by students and the food is made with full hygiene there is a clean environment in the hostel campus.

Hostel Fee: INR 69300 per year

Admission

It's through JEE MAINS. For CSE it's cutt off is of about 80 percentile. I think there should be civil branch also here since the environment and teachers are very nice and recently the college get A++Grade by NAAC.

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quiet low at bbditm. The average package of 4lakh approx and the highest upto 15 lpa . The highest package is from the computer science branch. But number Of placements are low. But there is also number of placements in other branches.

I choose this collge over other college because firstly I belong to this city and this is a only government College in my Kanpur city which provied a quality of education. I didn't applied any other Colleges so I didn't get rejected from any other Colleges. The admission process of this college is very simpler first fill the university admission form that is 300 fees and then fill all the other information in smarth portal that is generalised database of so many colleges then the faculty and the college coordinators will approve your admission and sent you a email to come over college and give the writen paper and an interview and then you will enter in your college and admission granted. First and foremost affordability secondly a government college third because it's a University a leverage over college because has its own curriculum and does not run on orders of some outside head.
