I have attended VTUEEE exam which is the entrence of this University and scored 71% and joined Civil Engineering because it is my passion.

I belongs to the old course structure like affiliated colleges of anna university. Now they follow the CBCS system which got good reviews from students. The break time was increased and unimportant subjects are omitted. We will be asked to select staff and subjects

Yes college provide intenship and external project in various industry. Comming to ipt and iv not upto the mark they will send only 2 ipt and iv. Stipen where now a days became rumur in our college. They will keeps on monetering about students who were in ipt's.

Placements are good for some branches but for civil engineering it's worse, Some top companies like Accenture, Infosys, CTS, Wipro visit the campus but civil engineer are not making into it. No specific core company came for civil branch, but other branch students are placed with an average package of 2 lks/annum

Its feasible. For a year u will have to pay 1lakhs 20thousand. Which contain 13 thousand of exam fees. If you are found with mobile inside you will be fined 10 thousand rupees and your mobile will be ceased. Mostly every thing will be included in fees

College provides the scholarship to Nepalese students, students whose father is the government employee, students whose father is the army, etc. Many curricular activities are held inside the campus. Some of them are football, chess, volleyball, cricket, etc.

Every classroom has a projector in order to display pdf by the teachers and students. The labs are quite advanced and have all the required devices and types of equipment to do the laboratory works. Veltech has its own medical shop or may say clinic where doctors are available 24hrs. There are around 4 ambulances of college which carry ill students to the clinic. The clinic provides free medicine and checkup. Veltech always promotes sports and games among its students for their physical health. Just a few weeks ago Science fest was organized by college. Hundreds of students took part in the programmes like code debugging, paper presentation, 3D drawing, etc. And the winners were awarded certificates and a sum of cash.

Hostel contains 3 person in a room 2 persons in a room and single room. Talking about Wi-Fi a single student is given a Username and password to use Wi-Fi. The average speed of Wi-Fi is 100kb/s during the heavy usage but reaches to 1Mb/s when most of the student go their native towns. In hostel Wi-Fi gets turn off at 12:00 pm at midnight through hostel wardens. Food is also good but have to go on time

For final year students are charged with rs 2 thousand as alumni charges. Every university celebrates alumni day where every alumni called to attend the function. Most alumni people will attend the function and advice about how to achieve our goals

Internal exams consist of couple of unit and cyclic test, highest unit test mark is multiplied by 2/3 and lowest unit test mark is multiplied by 1/2 and both are added. Similarly for cyclic test. Semester is written for 100 mark which are converted into 60

First I applied for VTUEEE in University website. After couple of months they called me to appear for exam then i attend. After announcement of result i went to admission office of vel tech university and completed my admission process by paying a amount.
