Overall experience and views on the college

The curriculum of the course I had pursued is well structured and designed by keeping the students in mind. Specific aspects of the curriculum is that the subjects are well distributed in each semester in a sequential manner. And also each semester includes subjects from different levels such as easy, medium, hard.So, it will be helpful to students and they don't get stressed out. The subjects in curriculum are included by the real word applications and scenarios and they will be being updated with time. The teaching methods should be improved in the aspects of providing the practical knowledge to students rather focusing entirely on theory. The timing of exams are perfectly scheduled before the commencement of the academic year so there will be no issues with semester exams timings.

There are limited placement opportunities for students in our college. The placements were conducted in the 7 and 8th semesters of the course where the students are eligible for placements. Various companies such as HCL, Softsuave, Capgemini , Accenture and other service based companies and startups visited the college and made significant number of offers to the students. Highest package is the 8 lpa and the average packages are 3.6 lpa. I have no idea regarding the percentage of students getting placements but the ones who are good at their academic scores and substantially in their skill set will get placed no matter what's the situation out there. My plans are to join a reputed organisation and kick start the journey in my career path.

The tuition fees will be increased considerably every year that is decided by the administration. The cost of education is very minimal compared to other colleges and there will be no other extra compulsory charges than tuition fees and service fees. The government provides the reimbursement for the students who are qualified in the entrance exam and it will cover entire fees of college if the rank is less than 10,000 and in other cases it is 35,000 of reimbursement will be provided. There are various opportunities for campus employment and responsibilities for students such as volunteer program if students are interested.

The technical and non technical fests are conducted every year that are celebrated by each department or branch that are held over the academic year. The books and journals available in the library covers all the academic subject needs for a student. And there are also books for self development etc.. The facilities in the classrooms were amazing and coming to sports and extra curricular activities there is a lot of scope for students.

The admission process is based on the TS Eamcet entrance exam rank the students get the admission in the desired colleges and another way is through management quota. Eligibility for the course is you should clear the entrance exam. Based on that score you can opt for the desired branch if you are eligible for that based on your rank. And also you should be from MPC background in your Intermediate. The timing of exams are generally they will be conducted once in a year after your Intermediate. The admission process is very simple and well organised and I feel there will be no need of improvements.
