There are many things I liked in SRM University of science and technology
I liked the way they encourage us to do projects and html project and more
They are faculty,events, fests, locality and more

Dislikes

I disliked things were mosty the fee was high for you couldn't get good rank

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose AIML as it was my goal to study AIML. Here in SRM teaching was very good and teacher student bond was good. There will be assignments and projects which help you more in future. In exams we have 3 CLA'S one CLA carries 20 marks and other two 50 marks from these CLA'S and Assignments they will internals for 60 marks and for other 40 marks there will be sem which was conducted for 75 marks and converts into 40 marks. Each sems goes for 6 months and in one year you have 2 sems

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 390000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Intership opportunities were will be more and many companies will come and discuss with you and take your interest on intership and then they will take you. It's your wish to take intership or not according to your future preparation

Placement Experience

Placements were good in our college. Atleast 500 companies will come and get students according to there strength and what were the projects they done and according to your CGP they will decide your interview round. Maximum 80 to 90 will get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure are high but if you get great results/rank in entrance exam they will provide scholarship and you will get good companies to palce also. According to the course the fees structure will change

Campus Life

Life at campus was good not bad at all. There will be fest and events in every month or week conducts by different branches students. There will be library available in the campus. Many social groups and clubs are also run by students like codechef, flash mob etc.,

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility was good not bad. In a hostel room there will be 3 members. You can choose your room partner. Menu was good . Every Sunday and Wednesday there will be non veg. For hostel registration also they will send registration form on online. If you want you can also stay outside PG or rented room.

Hostel Fee: INR 176000 per year

Admission

First we have to write entrance exam for it there will be application process on online then according to your rank they will give the course for example if you get below 2000 you can get AIML specialization course. All these are online process. After you get certain course in certain branch you can visit branch and you can pay fees in 3 terms . According to your rank there will be accomodation in your fee.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam.
