Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is very good. In first year we have all courses of 12th with c programming and we also have dsa which is helping us a lot. Faculties are also guiding us for our future after engineering. We've even started developing our skills

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies, Infosys, amazon, IBM, cognizant, Capgemini, tcs, wipro, saplab, tech Mahindra, dlf. They give an average package of 6 lacs and intership stipend is starting from 20k per month

Placement Experience

Placement is good and average package is 6lacs. We've intership after every year. Many good MNCs and good companies come here for placement. Students become eligible from 6th semester. Almost 90% students get placed every year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is minimal and reasonable comparing to other colleges. It 2.4 lakhs per year. Our college provides many good opportunities in intership as well as skills. Campus placements are very good.

Campus Life

Life at campus is going good with friends. I'm playing basketball along with many extra curricular activities like theatre, music jamming etc. I'm engaged in many clubs like music club, sports club, theatre club and technical clubs too

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good and hospitality is also good. Wardens are supportive and in one room there are 4 people. All are good and supportive. I live in college hostel and food is good and healthy. There are variety of food

After 12th boards I applied for jee exam. I hadn't prepared much for jee yet I attended it. I secured 82 percentile in jee. I was very worried about my admission process due to less percentile. Then I applied for Btech in silicon institute of technology. I was eligible for the cut off marks

IIIT Bhubaneswar means technology!

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Google, Wipro, HCL Tech and many such which has been around for a while in the tech business and has built tech for many overseas companies too are the ones which have already started coming. I am in my final year and around 40% students have already been recruited and I hope before this semester ends, i too get placements.

Our college give good placement but packages are very low package start with 150000 and end in 700000 . But you study properly then you try pursuing higher studies. 40% students placed but below 400000 . after completing you try off campus placement then you secured good salary on good company.

placements are average...not feels like an iit but its ok ...this yaer percentage of placement was 90% and highest ctc was of 67.4 LPA with median of 12LPA and average of 17 LPA ...most of the placements for SDE roles. My plan is to finish my degree as soon as possible and get placed for a SDE role so that i can survive

Placement Experience:

The placement stats of IIT Bhubaneswar are quite good. For the 2025 placement season, the highest CTC was 67.6 LPA and the mean CTC was 14.5 LPA, with a total of 22 PPO offers. Approximately 90% students were placed this year. Major recruiters were Google, Oracle, Zomato, Goldman Sachs, NVIDIA and Meesho. This year, there were 5 international offers (4 from Accenture Japan and 1 core offer from Niterra Japan).

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

NOT AN IDEAL COLLEGE BUT DEFINITELY DESCENT

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is descent. Some of the student opt for higher studies. Almost 80% get placed with good packages.some goes for gate exam. I also know a senior who have gate AIR of 42. I am planning for gate along with my degree.companies like Hpcl , cpcl, exon mobil usually come here for recruiting.
