Teachers and the way of allowing students to choose their course.
Faculty can be choosen by students which helps students a lot.
Proper guidence can be received by us from our mentors.

Dislikes

I don't like to walk from one block to another after completing class.
Daysholas do not have proper area to eat.
Security people have high power and students should not argue with them

Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in computer science also in business so I choose this course. Mentors are there to help students. Every student has a mentor. Most of the faculty have PhD . Exam are moderately hard and not soo difficult.

Class Size: 58Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I am student of first year and I do not have any idea about internship. But seniors said that they are getting good intership opportunities. We have grades for projects too and I have done a project by creating a website that allows students to check their time table and it will remind them on schedule.

Placement Experience

From third year students are eligible for placements. This year placements not good as past years. Due to recession placements have been decreased to cannot say exact percentage.highest package in campus is 63 lakhs. I decided to do MBA after under graduation.

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees is 1,95,000, I got CSE in first category. I do have any scholarship. But students can join through EAPCET also.Most of the students get internship and there lot of. Chances to get a job as VIT has centralised placements.

Campus Life

Vitopia and Vitapp are two large college fests in VITap. There are also many small events conducted my clubs.Here we have a library and it has books and journels. New journels are also available. Classroom can contain nearly 80 students. Classrooms are clean. We have sports competitions every year. Photography is the club I liked and joined in marketing department. Vitap app in playstore that is being run by students

Admission

I joined through VITEEE entrance exam. I scored 50271 rank in VITEEE exam. I got CSBS under category 1.Application form to attempt VITEEE is shown in official website. I belong to OBC category but that didn't help during admission. Admission process is not complicated.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are eligible for placement drives in campus. There are many companies that visit our college some of them are wipro,Accenture,Tcs, etc they made many offers in packages and still our college is developing. Highest package is around 13 lpa and average package is 6 lpa as per companies offered. Many students get the campus placement some of them are with high package. My plan is also to get a better job opportunity in our college placements.

I have applied for two more colleges such as Andhra University and SRM AP beside VIT AP. But I gave the first preference to this college based on the reference of my seniors. I did not get rejected from any other colleges. The admission process of my university is of two different ways; based on the entrance exam VITEEE and through EAPCET exam. The eligibility to join is based on the rank released after the appearance of examination.
