Overall life at SRM is awesome and you can enjoy to the maximum. The college management and staffs are veey supportive and I had a good experience studying there.

No entrance exam is needed for admissions in SRM for MBA. More than 60% of marks in UG is enough to choose any of the three campuses in Chennai. I opted for ramapuram campus because it has most of the university rank holders when compared to other canpuses and Srm has a good placement facility.

The course curriculum is well maintained and updated with the demand in the job markets. The specialization provided are for FINANCE, MARKETING, SYSTEMS, OPERATIONS AND HR. A lot of interactive sessions are organized by the college. Their are various clubs like HR club, Finance club etc.

Yes, This year an internship mela was organized by the faculty and many companies took part. The stipend depends upon the company and also based on how well you perform during the interviews and also on your experience.

Srm has a pooled placement where all the three campuses are mixed up. Around 200 plus reputed companies came for campus placement drives and the minimum package offered was 4lacs p.a.Companies like Deloitte, Amazon, E & Y, NSE, ICICI, HDFC, BNY MELLON etc took part in our batch. The highest package offered was 12lacs p.a by Amazon.

Srm University has a lot of events and programs. Our cultural program is called MILAN which is a huge event and last year Shirley setia and Dj Nuclea came up. The sports is also conducted as a huge event. Rather than that their are lectures and seminars conducted by outside faculty monthly.

The fee structure is feasible when compared to other colleges. The fee is 3 lakhs p.a. There is an additional fee for books and equipment which amounts to 20k per year. The examination fees would come around 5 to 7k each semester. Hostel fees depend upon the facility opted by students. For 2 sharing rooms with attached bathroom, the fee is around 60k yearly. Mess fee is charged at 50k yearly.

Scholarships are awarded to outstanding students and more information can be obtained from the admissions office.

The campus life is awesome with a lot of students coming from different parts of the country. Most of the crowd is from the north. There are also various workshops and seminars conducted by the college. Theor is an equal gender ratio for MBA. The students can also participate in elections for the students' council.

Hostels are awesome with limited restrictions. North Indian and the south Indian menu is available and students can opt anything based upon their wish. Non-veg is available 4 times a week. AC and non AC rooms are available. Housekeeping is done daily. A lot of PG is available outside which is cheaper than the college hostels.

Yes, our alumini are very helpful in guiding the students through the right path. Most of the passed out students comes monthly to interact with the students about the scopes of various specializations and their demand in the job market.

There will be 2 mid semester exams and one main exam. The total marks are based upon internals and external examination. Internals comprises of 50 marks which includes marks scored for mid term assessments, class participation, surprise tests and attendance.

There are a lot of fake admissions done by students. Dont fall for their traps. Just approach the admission department and they will guide you through. The admission process is simple. You would have to submit your 10th 12th and ug certificates along with your previous college TC.

The faculty at ramapuram campus is excellent. They will guide you well in the examination point of view. All the teachers are P. Hd holders and are very friendly towards the students when compared to other colleges. The HOD is a really cool guy and students could approach him anytime.
