Remarks

College for good experience, Faculty was good and understanding, Only problem was the placements. but eventually all well that ends well.

Uttar Pradesh Technical University conduct a entrance test. Got selected through the test, and then a combined counseling for the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was as decided by Uttar Pradesh Technical University. Ample choice given to students for the optional subjects, meritorious students could also change their branch.

Internships Opportunities

Internship were rarely offered through college, mainly every student has to get a internship on there own, College provided minimal support in internship.

Placement Experience

Placements were very poor in our time, only infosys came to campus, Most students got jobs off campus, tough college took us to a few pool campus's.

College Events

Jagriti was the main fest, then there was a cricket tournament, Counterstrike tournament, and a athletics tournaments, also freshers and farewell and a cultural event was organized.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was as per the Uttar Pradesh Technical University norms and fees didn't increase every year like other colleges. Hostels were affordable.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship from UP government were granted, and they were really helpful. Apart from that scholarship to meritorious students were also there.

Campus Life

Campus life was awesome, and there were a few extracurricular activities, though better than none, fest was the most awesome tome of all, there was a sports fest as well.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel was very good, food was OK or sub standard, but the hostels were good with wifi and other necessary amenities and playground.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

College seniors were helpful, They helped us i various fields, was lucky to have a few very good seniors, apart from a few notorious seniors the atmosphere was very good.

Exam Structure

Exam structure was as per the norms of Uttar Pradesh Technical University, exams were conducted with utmost ethics.

Faculty

Faculty was unexperience but good, there were a few experience teachers , Overall , the faculty was above average, but helpful. Lab were not that well maintained.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.

MY COLLEGE AND MY WORD.

Sadly i was u nable to give my JEE Main exam for my 2nd attempt after taking drop of 1 year due to some personal reasons , so i basically took direct admission in this college. But many of my friends are from councelling and they say that there JEE score also din't go as ex[pected and that's why they decided to apply AKTU Councelling. Since their ranks were not too good and were around 4 lkh to 9 lakh so theuy also applied for this college to. Now they also consider othere colleges Within Ghaziabad over RKGIT like KIET, IMS and other but within Ghaziabad our college is considered to be in top 5 .
