Likes

Collage life and friend circle and students will come to srm all over india
Life style will be very good and collage culture is too different
Infrastructure is too good and theyll alacote blocks based on the courses we have taken

Dislikes

Exams is too often and we can find exams are bit tough
Maintaining attendance is tough job in being an SRM student
Collage timings is too early the collage will start by 8 in th morning

Course Curriculum Overview

I choosen ECE due its flexibility in the current electronics and information technology industry. The teacher student ratio will be 20:1 SRM faculty all are PHD holders and experienced staff The exams will conduct as 3 mids for one sem the difficulty level is between moderate and hard

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

SRM campus placement will be 99% mostly every student will place by end of the course And scholarship will be provided based on your cgpa and SRMJEEE Exam If we get 500 or below rank in SRMJEEE well get scholarship and we need to fet atleast 9.5 cgpa for every semester ti continue that scholarship

Campus Life

Collage life in SRM will be very enjoyable we can find fests daily and we can participate in that too and compare to other collage SRM is very liberal and theyll provide sports and extra circular activities and group clubs also very good in coahe

Admission

The eligibility of course is based on the SRMJEEE after we got results we need to choose 3 courses as option they'll provide you seat based on the SRMJEEE Rank. We can find application online SRM website they will provide 3 phases maximum students will get choosen seat in Phase 1

Placement Experience:

Placements starts from the 7th semester.companies Like tcs,wipro,zoho,infosys vist. The highest packages is 24lap,average 3lpa and around 85%of student get placed. I plan to start my career in IT and gain experience.

Placement Experience:

There are companies but the companies that were told that the good ones, they didn't come so much.. only a few companies that gave a package above 5 lakhs came in for my department.. the rest of them were either 4 lakh package or below it was not very good. even the 1 or 2 good companies that came tehy came for electrical.

Our placements are as good as any college or university in India. Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, Deloitte, and any company which is into software comes at our campus for placements. Average stands at 8 lakhs but students of our campus has grabbed packages of 50 LPA as well.

Why SRM is better than other collages.

Placement Experience:

So from 6-7th semester they offers placements before that we have placement training in campus.So highest package for 2024 was 45 to 50 lpa,good offer given by amazon and other company also.So the average package is 7.5 lpa and highest package was 50 lpa.so 925 application are accepted in last 2 monts .My plans to get job and then after 2 years may be for higher study or startups.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of each course is different and it is followed by the guidance of Anna university, we have several topics and it is under the regulation of 2021 respectively, I feel this easier to learn and there comes an opportunity to do what we learn in theory hour in our laboratory hour it will make more connected to our course, but there is lagging factor that is we are far away from the modern world and we need to put effort to compete with. The exams are not difficult and the frequency of the exam is quite manageable.

The truth of RMD ENGINEERING COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.

Why SRM is better than other collages.

I chose this because of good placements and they have average of 7.5 lakhs.Compare to vit vellor or any other collage srm has good placements and good way to explore.To get admission we need to pay 10000 rs to lock the seat and then aftee filling the forms we need to pay hostel and collage fees....Read More

Chose SRM University mainly because of its strong reputation in engineering, excellent infray,and placement opportunities.I has applied to a few other private universities like VIT Vellore and Manipal University.while I did get a confirmed admission from one,i felt SRM had a more vibrant campus life,better connectivity to Chennai City, and a strong alumni network. The Student Life at SRM IST

I am a dropper, I got 75k something rank but that year cutoff for the colleges in Delhi skyrocketed for general category like nothing before. So I didn't get any college in Delhi, took a drop and applied then here at this college and Amity University Noida. I cleared both bht I preferred this college over Amity University because of many reasons - fees, cultural activities, student crowd, placement.
