Remarks

If you want to study only syllabus of RTU then college is good for studies. No scope for research.

Entrance Preview

I took RPET. I got 5400 rank in 2010. The admission process was very straight. If you lie in their rank range you will get selected.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is affiliated to RTU. To be honest,there is no help given by college for research and only some teachers teach with 100% dedication.

Internships Opportunities

No companies came for internship and we only have to search for companies for internship.

Placement Experience

In 2014 placements was good. Around 220 students get placed 1. Companies which visited our campus were Cognizant,Girnar and some local companies. But most students got placed by off-campus in Jaipur done by TCS,Infosys,Tech Mahindra.

College Events

PRAVAH was the name of college festival which includes technical and cultural events.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you were in TFWS category then you get some waiver on college fees.

Campus Life

The gender ratio was good. Male:Female 2:1 in C.S. branch. There was no ragging and management was having zero tolerance with regards to gender,ethnicity,race,religion, sexual orientation,politics and economic status.

Hostel Facilities

I was not living in the hostel but hostel room was small. In PG's average rent was around 4500 month which includes food. Hostel fees was arond 55,000 per year and mess food was not good.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Seniors were good and always ready to help.

Placement Experience:

In our college the students are elgible to sit in campus placement from third year , there comes a lot of companies in our college which comes here for placement drive and some for providing internship .Some of the companies that comes in our college are L&T, Deloitte , Capegemini, Reliance , TCS , TCE, Wipro, Infosys, miniorange, Berger paints ,Amazon etc . The highest package from this college is of 44 LPA which was from CSE branch and given by Amazon and the average package ranges around 6.5 LPA for almost every branch . Every year almost 80 percent of students get placed around here and some of them leaves placement for further studies and also some took admission in many premier institutes for getting higher education.

Placement Experience:

From fourth year the students become eligible for campus placements And before that you have to go for outside placements by students himself only companies visited like Microsoft Zomato and all no Google and number of companies are not very good only mass recruiters are there like three L package tcs and old highest package is around 53 lakhs by Microsoft last year in 2023 and 4 academic year percentage of getting placements is like around you can say out of 100 4040 will get placement Every package is around 5 according to the chorus but I know it is around 3 lpa In reality I am pre paying for gate exam right now let us see what happened

About SKIT Jaipur

I have got into this college by my jee mains percentile. I have opted this college over two government colleges i have got because of affordability and less distant from my home towm . I have got into the UIET Hoshiyarpur and RV college in Bangalore but i dropped both these colleges because of affordability and also i belong to rajasthan and these colleges are too far for me to settle .
