Remarks

some of the remarks on the college are it is located away from the city and the pollution is very low. we feel better for studing in this college.the problem is we have to travel a longer distance and we may get late.

i completed my intermediate in the year 2016 and came into this college in management quota. there is no interview process for admission. i chose the course mechanical on my brothers suggestion

i chose the course mechanical engineering because it has more demand in our country and in foreign too. there is more practical knowledge giving by our college about the machinery.

Internships Opportunities

i completed my internship in diesel loco shed kazipet for 30days. i learned more by seeing practically how a train works. there is no stipend given to us.

Placement Experience

placements are provided mostly for CSE and ECE students in our college because the companies visiting are software related. wipro, google, byjus, regalix, companies visited till now. the average package was 3lacks per annum

Fee Structure And Facilities

i am paying a fees of 80000 because i am from management quota.i dont feel this fees as a burden because my family income levels are high.the worth of the amount i paid is satisfied by the educational standards of SR college.

Faculty

they are well educated.our faculty are well experienced. they have more than 15years experience. they teach us the subject very kindly. they interact with us very kindly.

My college review for JPNCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

I felt that entire curriculum needs to be changed, since there are many useless subjects that are irrevalant to software engineering in CSE. I also felt subjects like c,c++, java needs to be replaced with python and web development subject should be replaced with something like nextjs. Initially I thought the syllabus and curriculum was good untill 3rd year of my Btech degree. The curriculum of jntuh is outdated in terms of real world. Teaching methods are ok though it needs minor improvements in some areas. The frequency of exams is same, you get semester exams and supply exams , you will have more chances to clear you backlogs, my advice is to clear backlogs in same year or try not getting any backlogs in engineering. timing of exams is usually after every 6 months out of which we usually have 180 or more working classes days. And in between we get sundays, holidays,events and other things. Semester exams are difficult especially subjects like mathematics or electronic subjects like ADE, which is irrelavant to CS.

Absolutely unsatisfied because of faculty and lack of placements.

Placement Experience:

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

Placement Experience:

After the third year or 6th Semester you can take part in placements. There has been a lack of companies visiting this year. So far Infosys, accenture, cognizant, LSEG, Verisk have come for placements. The details are unknown to all the people but the highest package yet has been around 16-20 LPA. The Percentage of students getting placed is less compared to previous years around 20-30%
