Likes

Infrastructure is well built and neatly designed.
Events are the most fun thing in the university
Well educated and knowledgeable faculty who provide quality education.

Dislikes

Management is sort of poor, you need to go through multiple processes for even small things.
Some sort of sexism in hostel campus, be it campus curfew timings or even strolling is allowed only in the restricted area (for girls only)
Hostel is not well equipped, there's no shop, stationery, medical facilities in the campus for hostellers or even day scholars.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I was very interested in how forensic professionals help in solving cases. The ratio of faculty-student is 12:1, most of our professor have a PhD degree in the respective field and along with that their teaching methods are very practical and informative. The exams are in a pattern of mid semester and end semester including a project based learning assignment, and it is fairly difficult.

Internships Opportunities

Since we're in first semester there's no such internship opportunities. We do have project based learning assignments every semester which helps to get the idea of the field with practical perspective.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is affordable to most of the students, also they take fee semester wise rather than annually which lessens the burden. There are various scholarships available as well for different criterias. Including all the job/in campus placements the fee is worth it.

Campus Life

There are multiple fests like annual fest which is equinox mostly conducted in December beginning and the tech fest which is the tech valley is usually conducted in May end. Since it's still a growing University the availability of books in library is limited but still there are many books from each department. Classrooms are well-lightened and equipped. Along with the curriculum, extracurricular activities like sports is also equally encouraged. There are many clubs run by students like road Trek club, singing club, etc.

Hostel Facilities

In hostel we are provided a bed, table, chair, basic amenities like lights, fans, sink, mirror in the room. And also a house keeping staff who regularly help in maintaining the room. The meal quality is average yet better than many hostels, while the menu is decided by the hostellers themselves. Hostel is quite expensive for many but the registration process is quite easy. There is no nearby places to rent room, you would need to go to market areas like MP Nagar, indrapuri, arera colony.

Hostel Fee: INR 85000 per year

Admission

I qualified aifset exam and choosed this college for doing bsc in forensic science I pay here 80000 here per year and they provide placements here and make sure there every student are placed properly.
