Likes

Near to my house, it takes about 15 mins to reach at college from my house.
Course fees is much affordable comparing to other colleges.
Provides exposure to different colleges with inter college fest and all.

Dislikes

Campus infrastructure was not that much interactive.
There is minimum number of students as 20 per batch.
Sanitation facilties are not that great.

Course Curriculum Overview

B.arch is a 5 years course, and I chose this as I have more interest in construction and I am looking for a creative field for my carrier. So we all in 7-8 faculties and for each subject 1-2 faculties were arranged. The faculties were well qualified with master degrees and the teaching method was pretty nice. It's a little bit easy course as it requires basically creative aspects, so the exams were easy to pass and this is also a vast course including everything in 5 years duration.

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

It is a government funded university, so its fees is lesser than many colleges as for 1 year, it take about 32000 rupees. And as per Mark's scored the scholars were available as 10000 per student. Jobs are less in this field, we have to practice architecture by working with some well known architects with less salary.

Campus Life

Life at campus is pretty much decent. Yes we have a techno-cultural fest every year named as XTASY. It is generally conducted in the month of February or march or else whenever its suitable. And also every year we have a inter college tournaments in every sports named as ENGINEER'S CUP. We have different clubs of cultural and technical clubs also. Library was also there for many engineering books and courses books. And the classroom was also in decent condition.

Admission

We should have qualified 12th with mathematics and physics then after 12th we have appear for for jee paper 2 and nata entrance exam with qualifying numbers then after that the admission to this college done through ojee counselling.

students become eligible for campus placements in 9th sementer. most of the students get there job in internship. i don't have a fix plan for now but after this degree i would like to practice in professional field first then go for higher studies

The curriculum is systematic and practical. Their are Site visits, competition, practical, workshop, studio,etc. And the method of teaching is also very professional and simple to understand for students. A Good University

First of all mainly because of the location it is situated. It is in the Captial Region. I got some seats in NIT-R but didn't go because the seats that i got is all 5 year course and i don't want to study for longer period of time. So the admission process is quite simple. I did apply for VSSUT Burla but could not clear the cutoff. Also i would like to add on this that i did a better job in choosing the seat here . No i was not rejected rather i was alloted this seat through OJEE, one needs to attempt JEE score well clear cutoffs then applybforvOJEE councelling and wait the rounds.
