Course Curriculum Overview

THE WAY WE ARE TAUGHT HERE IS VERY SYSTEMATIC AND HAS REAL WORLD APPLICATIONS. MANY KNOWLEDGABLE SEMINARS, MEETINGS ARE ARRANGED HERE FOR THE STUDENTS. HERE SOFTWARE SKILL DEVELOPMENT IS ALSO PRIORATIZED.

Internships Opportunities

CURRENTLY WE ARE IN 4TH SEMESTER. WE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE INTERNSHIP. WE GET ENOGH OPPORTUNITIES TO ATTEND SITE VISITS AND STUDY TOURS FOR PRACTICAL LIFE EXPERIENCES. AFTER THE VISITS WE MAKE THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION ABOUT THE VISIT.

Placement Experience

AFTER THE 8TH SEMESTER DURING THE 9TH SEMESTER STUDENTS GO FOR THEIR INTERNSHIPS, AFTER COMPLETION OF 10TH SEMESTER STUDENTS JOIN MANY REPUTED ARCHITECTURE FIRMS. ALSO STUDENTS CAN GO FOR HIGHER STUDIES.

Fees and Financial Aid

College faculties are very much cooperative. Infrastructure is pretty good. Enough doubt solving sessions. Plenty of design discussions with professors. Informative notes provided in classes. Good studios.

Campus Life

BESIDES OUR ACADEMIC LIFE COLLEGE TAKES CARE OF OUR EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. COLLEGE FEST, ANNUAL SPORTS , GANESH PUJA, SARASWATI PUJA AND MANY MORE EVENTS WE CELEBRATE HERE. MANY WORKSHOPS ARE HELD HERE FOR FURTHER SKILL DEVELOPMENT.

Hostel Facilities

HOSTEL HAS AC AND NON AC BOTH KIND OF ACCOMODATION OPTIONS. THEY PROVIDE 3 TIMES OF MEALS PER DAY BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER. HAS THE FACILTY OF WATER PURIFIER AND WASHING MACHINES FOR LAUNDRY WORKS.

Admission

PMCA IS KNOWN AS THE BEST ARCHITECTURE COLLEGE IN EASTERN ZONE. THATS WHY I JOINED THIS COLLEGE. ADMISSION PROCESS WAS QUIET SYSTEMATIC FAST WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. ADMINISTRATION IS QUITE GOOD IN OUR COLLEGE.

Faculty

Faculty members are very much co operative when it comes to design discussion. Also the theory subjects are equally prioratized here. Before the exams we get enough informative notes in class. Also they correct our mistakes gently.

Night Life

WE HAVE TO ENTER AT HOSTEL BEFORE 8 PM SHARP. HOSTEL SURROUNDINGS ARE SECURE AND RESOURCEFUL. STATIONARY SHOPS, PRINTING SHOPS, MEDICALS STORES ARE SITUATED NEARBY. NOT ONLY HOSTELS EVEN THE COLLEGE CAMPUS HAS PROPER SECURITY.

The interaction with the seniors are the most amazing thing in this college
the supportive staffs and teachers in the college
the presentation style of sheets by every student in the college

the overall experience in this college is so good that the little disliking are ignore

Friendly and understanding faculties who help us out even in our slightest doubt
study tours are arranged every year for us
site visits are there for better understanding of students

Placement Experience:

All the students passing out from this college are well settled in their jobs. Students have also opened their own firms and have succeeded. The average package if 3.8 lakhs per annum. all the passouts are satisfied with their placements.

good learning experience along with site visits and study trips

Placement Experience:

Yes the college provides good placement opportunities to variuos renowned architectural firms all over india. Students can opt for internships from the 9th semester. Percentage of students getting placements are above 75% After completion of the course , I would like to go for higher studies.

students become eligible for campus placements in 9th sementer. most of the students get there job in internship. i don't have a fix plan for now but after this degree i would like to practice in professional field first then go for higher studies

Kiit school of architecture

Likes

The faculty is the best part of kiit school of architecture. The amount of attention and time given by the faculty to each and everyone is unmatched from any other institution that I’ve heard of
The infrastructure of the university is really important for a students mental health as they will be spending most of their time in the college
The equipment and the conditions of the classroom is very good… and highly accessible for the specially able students

Dislikes

In architecture there are very few students which is a hassle on its own
The ratio of boys and girls are equivalent

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are very good. Many good companies come for recruitment. Also the alumni network is very strong they also offer internships in the 9th semester and the companies like ultra tech provide pre-placement offers

The admission process id simple for our college the admission gets through ojee or jee main or nata after a particular percentage or marks the students are eligible for the course, the main thing that makes intresting that the course fee is very less in comparison to other colleges because anually it charges around 110000 per year so its affordable and a good learing scope in east region of india i would say best college for b.arch is the pmca for eastern region....Read More
