Things I liked is the infrastructure and surrounding
Exposure I got is impeccable since I got to be with people of my different states
The food court is quitr amazing with great and amazing food

Dislikes

Sometimes the work pressure gets onto our head
Exam pressure is another thing that I disliked

Course Curriculum Overview

Dentistry is a high scope course and it is booming. The faculties in this institution are highly knowledgeable and they provide you with classic education along with great practical and clinical knowledge. All the faculties here have done postgraduattion. Yearly an university exam is held which is quite difficult but one can get through this by little hardwork

Internships Opportunities

In internship period you will have the practice of dealing with patients and increasing your clinical skills. You will have quotas to complete which makes you a better doctor once you finish the internship and come out of the college

Placement Experience

Since it's a medical field after graduation many prepare for neet mds but students graduating from here have greater placement opportunities since it is a nirf ranking 2nd after saveetha dental college. 98 percentage of students are getting placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure varies accordingly. After neet exams it has become a fixed rate. No need of any donations. Fee structure for a year is 4 lakhs rupees which is quite worth it. After four years you have an internship where you actually get a stipend of 2500 rupees. After graduation you can earn quite a good amount

Campus Life

Annual frst of moksha happens which includes sports event as well as cultural events. Campus life is not really great as the college fully focusses on academics. Classroom is highly equipped with projector and fully air conditioned and the infrastructure is top notch.

Admission

The eligibility of the course is basically one has to get through NEET . After qualifying the neet exam , one can put admissions through counselling happening in their state. You have to register yourself in all india counselling and once the ranking is done through counselling we can get the admission. It is based on first come first serve policy and also through neet Ranking. Application form and fees details are available in official website of the university

Likes

Staffs are so good they know how educate us
They always ask us understand the concept not just read the books and write in exams
They allow us for other clg events they want us involve in the events

Dislikes

Not really anything I'm not sure may be they are strict just to make us learn well

Course Curriculum Overview:

The exams timing are only based on the government m .g.r university the staff prepare us in a very good way for the real world the staff always makes us to practice a lot to make the things to do easier

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement in our college but there's oppurtunities for reseach and developement. There is incubation cells for young entrepreneurs to start off with their business. My plans after getting this degree is to gain hands on experience by working under experienced Dentists

Likes

Good teaching methods, patient flow is good
Good food from canteen and very clean disciplined
Good dental equipments available for our use and better quality

Dislikes

Management is ver strict. Mobile phones not allowed
We dont have the freedom to go to our home always
Hostel amenities are very poor and mess food is below average

I chose this course inorder to be a doctor. Even if it is dentistry we are doctors and may do some good in our society. Even if our pay is very low i would like to do some works. Exams are pretty much difficult and work quotas are very heavy

I wanted to do medicine so I chose bds as my career. the faculty of my college finished post-graduate. half the faculty-to-student ratio. yearly once the university conducts the exams and if even one of the subjects got failed they had to repeat it. it was very difficult to do exams.

Admission:

The college is a well known dental college in the country and not choosing it was not an option for me. The college is specialized in dental surgery and is assisted with necessary requirements to build a full-fledged expert in the field. Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) which provides you enough exposure was the greatest advantage for me. To get admission to the college one should get at least 50% marks in PCB/Biotechcombined and also you need to secure place in the merit list which is based on NEET UG dental Scorecard.

About my college

Remarks:

The positive remarks are good faculty and principal , equipment are fine , im a hostler but transportation for dayscholars will be fine and good security providance with security cameras covering all floors and class rooms. Anti ragging campus one of main positive remark for our college. Negative- expensive store products, fees is too much and a little money minded .

Remarks:

The only draw back in the college is the bribe prevailing in the office administration. Student been compelled to bribe officials to get any certificates, scholarships etc. Apart from that everything seems to be fine.

Remarks:

The best part is we had good Campus with all facilities. The faculty members really helped us to overcome future fears. And also they helped us to take correct decisions. We had all enjoy I our college and also got plenty of patient exposure and knowledge. The bad part is still our college has no inpatient wards.

Paramedicals pros and cons

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam.
