Course Curriculum Overview

I didn't expect that faculty in IIT will care about students understanding in cource. Faculty is good. But students are not good. After a 2 years hardwork for jee advance why again students do hardwork to get gpa.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Nearly 350 companies offered internship. Projects are given to students in 2nd year by the professors for a group of study. For a hardworking student i.e. Good gpa intern is offered with no doubt. I know only this much about internships.

Placement Experience

From 5 th semester the B tech students get internships. For Idd students it is from 7 th semester. Many famous companies visited this year during placement drive. Nearly 700 offers were available. Highest package is 1.68 crore Average package of CSE is 33 lakh

Fees and Financial Aid

As this college is owned by government, fees is dependent on income of students family. Some of the alumini provide scholarship to economically weaker section students. Some students even apply for National Scholarship Program

Campus Life

There are many fests in this college Some main fests are Kashiyatra, Technex, Spardha. There is a Library and 3 reading halls associated over it. Classrooms are not much furnished. Every sport has its own court. And there are many clubs

Hostel Facilities

3 people share one room. 1 room has 1 fan, 2 lights ,2 tables and 3 beds. Mess quality is not bad. Non veg is served 3 times a week. Hostels are within 1 kilometre radius of departments. From 2nd year a student can expect a luxury hostel

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Admission

I have JEE advanced exam to get admission. I have qualified Jee mains to write the advanced exam. Then in advance I cleared at my expectational level and got admission in this college. I thaught to go for cse in any college I would get.

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quiet low at bbditm. The average package of 4lakh approx and the highest upto 15 lpa . The highest package is from the computer science branch. But number Of placements are low. But there is also number of placements in other branches.

So entry in IIT BHU was through JEE ADVANCE. I gave the examination and got an All India Rank(AIR) of 7533. Then I had Josaa counselling where I had to select colleges according to my priorities. So one of the many colleges I filled was IIT BHU(4 Year B.TECH Chemical Branch). The distribution of colleges is purely based on your ranks. Higher rankers will be prefferd above you.
