School of Physical Education, DAVV

The school of physical education here at DAVV has given me everything right from opportunities to environment to nurture my skills. I think this is the best an institution can provide

I wrote an entrance exam for the course of Bachelor of physical education. The paper setup was very much good so I cleared it successfully. There was a brief counselling session with the HOD.

The course curriculum is fully set up by DAVV. As it is a recognised university, the curriculum matches the standard of most superior level. Being in physical education field is all about physical activities so nothing to say about practical learning

Internships is not a chance here. We just learn to promote physical activity and education. Here, we get an ample opportunity to show cast ourselves with full university support

Placements are nothing. As it is a degree course , most of the graduates prefer to go for further education or they simply find field of their interest to work in

Events are organised by the university like last time there was treasure hunt

The fee structure including all the hostel facilities is somewhat 50000/-per year which is not that high I think. It could be easily affordable

Scholarships are provided to meritorious students as well as to those who so excellence in their fields of sports

Extra curricular activities is just sports, games, fests etc etc. Obviously I got a number of opportunities in everything

Hostel are cheap but the maintenance is not that good

Graduates from here have addressed us sometimes. Most of them don't prefer to look back once they get graduated

Exams are on yearly basis. We use to have internal exams and practicals at the end of each term

The faculty is having a sound experience in the teaching prospective of their respective fields. The are too friendly during the class hours and helpful after that too
