Likes

Teaching at DAV is much better than private universities of Indore like Sage or Prestige.
Our college has an infrastructure which will take few days to complete.
Our cours is easy as it's just 4 hours of college daily and then we are absolutely free.

Dislikes

It's the number of students that our university fills every year as there's no such limit on intake.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course Psychology is one of the best as it's a government aided university and Psychology students are required there. So teaching is also accordingly and syllabus tol is designed likewise. So I am happy with my four year course as it involves a lot of research things as well.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Placement Experience

At DAV studnets get placed but our department provides research and teaching opportunities and therefore placements are nil to some. Overall though DAV has great placements record and that is why students thrive to take admission here.

Fees and Financial Aid

DAV Indore School of Social Science is a very understanding rated branch and also the fees is really something which has made me choose this college. It's just 24910 a year and students are eligible for scholarship on merit as well as caste system.

Campus Life

Our campus has a central library which covers all departments and have other books too. In all it has a stock of over 50k books. Also there are many social and nationalist societies as well. We have sports facilities and amazing auditoriums as well.

Admission

In Indore there are a lot of private universities and Sage University i did tried but i didn't liked the fact but it's amazing to be a part of DAV where all other departments are crowded but ours. Admission are thorough 12th marks as the old cut-off lists and all is the way to get admission here.

Faculty

At DAV faculties are skilled and high on everything as they would come to class, teach, wrap and go. In the 45 mins class they will teach us so good that we never have to do anything or any revision as just listening to them in classes is more than enough.

Night Life

Campus is so huge that it takes an hour to go from one end to the other. We also have Mcdonals, Te Amo Coffe Shop nearby. Among top cafes there are places like The Montroe cafe and The Lotus Hut Cafe.

My experience of Bsss

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was really great and definitely helped me choose the course. Each topic helped me learn across the curriculum and gave me a detailed insight of the things I was unaware. It helped learn a lot about English literature and it's different concepts in a deeper sense. I would suggest that some concepts which can be simplified in learning can be modified accordingly.

If I talk about placement opportunities in my course, the placement opportunities are pretty good,the college offers placement form 3rd year only. Various companies visited our college. The highest package offered was 3 lac and lowest was 2lac, and if you are planing to persue masters further you can do that or can prepare for government exams.
