Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I was good in certain subjects and I had interest in stock marketing.the faculty was very experienced and caring and much more they the understanding.there were more than 110 + faculty members with qualified degrees and experience of teaching.For some the term exams were in 3-4 months based on their courses.Ut was not difficult but hard to pass because the teachers had made our minds very sharp by understanding every concept.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are not too high but are expensive with other colleges.we got experience in every part of our life.they made us understand all the opportunities we will get in the future which will help us to get better jobs.

Campus Life

The annual fest was extra ordinary.i don't think any college in Goa will have such fest to enjoy and upgrade their talent in all parts.Other then that the Library was very big and also had a huge collection of useful books.

Admission

The admission process was very smooth,I had taken an admission on part of my percentage.the cut off was 85%.After the admission forms were given in the college,the next day I submitted the application form with application fees of 7000 starting.i was then admitted in the college section after I got to know in 4-5 days.

Beyond the Campus Gates of GIM

Placement Experience:

The placement record has been 100% for years now. The SIP process begins in the first year and final placement process starts in the early-middle of second year. The highest package went upto 55 Lacs last year, lowest was around 12 Lacs. I plan to take direct placement from the college and start my corporate career.

Great platform to transform yourself

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very good and faculties are also very qualified. I choose BDA because of its value in the market and my interest area. BDA of GIM is even beating it's flagship course in terms of placements. But the thing is you have to come prepared before coming to B-School. In term-1, there will be basic subjects only but companies coming for summer internship will expect more from you. So, my advice would be to invest the time students get in between admission in B-School and joining the B-School in improving their skills sets.

College way to enter in professional world.

Remarks:

Goa university department of management and studies is very good college for the student who was polish there knowledge through help of faculties who are expertise in there own field. It definitely help to grain more knowledge and improvements of skill but only major thing issue is of placement. There has been not proper placement over the years which should be given priority and introduction of new companies for placement should be brought. Also campus should be focused more and should be improve to some extent.

While I applied to a few other colleges like XIMB,NMIMS, and KJ Somaiya, GCM offered a unique combination of a strong academic foundation.
