Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is a little different and little tough than intermediate school but daily study would surely help you to cope up with the syllabus and maintaining a good balance with the college syllabus. The faculty members are very helpful and dedicated for teaching. I chose this course of MBBS as i wanted to opt for doctor profession since childhood as it is nobel profession . Faculty : student ratio is okay here with every subject having 5 6 main faculty members. All the professors are well qualified medicos and PhD holders and have a good hold in teaching. There are 2 term exams and one pre professional and one main University exams in MBBS course. Term exams are a little difficult but if you study regularly for 2 - 3 hours , you will surely be able to pass the exams with an average marks in each subject

Placement Experience

4.5

In MBBS course, no placement is offered from the college. But you get a degree which would help you to earn a good salary of 90000 per month by working as a junior resident in medical college. You can also open your own clinic or start practicing in other hospitals for experience gaining as it is very much valuable in medical field. You can also go for post graduation after MBBS graduation and during that course you will earn a good salary of 90000 - 95000 per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you get a medical government seat , then you have to pay a very nominal fees of around 37000 per year including tution fees and hostel fees. The state government also provides scholarship each year for students whose guardians have an annual salary of under 2 lakh . And you will start getting stipend in your 5th year of around 12k -13k

Campus Life

4.5

Life at campus is good here. Annual fests are conducted once in a year with participation of very much students. It is conducted around month of February. Social life is quite okay , the only cons is that college is situated a little away from the main city , but the college provides transport for going to the main city so connectivity is good. Few course books are available in Library too , but having your own book would help you much better . Campus also has gym , volleyball court , badminton court , fields, table tennis room for students to have some physical exercise. The coollege also conducts annual competition fests with other colleges in different fields like singing, dance ,games , etc.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostel and mess quality is really good here. The room is provided with a bed , table , chair , 2 wardrobe, bulbs , tubelights for each student. Two students share a room . Mess also provides a really good quality meal in a nominal affordable price. Fir registration of hostel , you have to contact with the college faculty staff only . Renting a PG would not be a good option as there are no good rooms near college

Admission

The admission process was quite easy and was done easily with the help of faculty members and staff. I qualified the Entrance exam of NEET for getting admission in this college for MBBS course . The application form was available on the NMC site and cut off was little high this year . Application form and its detail is available on internet on NMC site . The admission process is very easy and no improvement is required

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is one of the most respected courses in India so it was always a dream to become a doctor. Faculty is abundant in every department and there are 100 students in every batch with 8-10 faculty members in every department. The faculty in each department is at different position and post on the basis of their qualification and experience. There is one head of department in each department who is the most senior in terms of experience and their year of MBBS batch. Under HOD are two professors and under them two assistant professors. There are 3-4 junior residents in each department. The teaching method varies from professor to professor and some teachers are efficient in terms of their teaching way and helping students understand difficult topics. The course is extremely difficult with lots of stress due to never completing syllabus and diffucult testing exams. The exams are held regularly each month as every topic is completed. Passing in these exams is a bit difficult.

Remarks:

Yes. Only that since im doing a professional course the number of students are high and that provides less oprtunity in the hospital to learn as they are limited xray rooms which gets overfloded by the students.
