Course Curriculum Overview
I always wanted to be a software engineer I loved coding and maths that's why I chose this course. Student teacher ratio is fair. Faculties are qualified and they give ample time to the students and help them in their curriculum. Term exams are held every one to two months and if one studies well for the term exams then the semester exams become easy.
Internships Opportunities
They let us do online internship from LinkedIn and also after every semester they give us time for internship period . It is mandatory for students to do internship in the 3 rd of their degree. Teachers help us in finding the internships and guide us during the internship. We can even do individual projects under the professors.
Placement Experience
After 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Tcs, wipro, pwc, Capgemini, etc are the companies which visited our college in the last few years. Highest package offered was 72lpa and average package ranges between 4 to 6 lpa. Last few years more than 85% students got placements. I want to work for a mnc after completing my degree and I also want to do mba.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees do get increased every one to two year. My brother passed out in 2021 at that times fees was 65000 and when we are studying fees is 70000 per semester. One get scholarship of they are financially not stable enough.
Campus Life
There is many fests like hackathon for coding enthusiasts. Eutopia is held which is a cultural fest of our college. Esctacia the annual function about which all the students eagerly wait throughout the year. Mun, debate competitons, magazine publications are other activities done in our college.
Admission
Need to have maths, physics chemistry as subject in class 12th compulsarily. They hold entrance of iem-uem group.One can also get admission through wbjee and jee marks. Admission process is hustle free.
Interview Experience
No I didn't face any gd during the admission but in our first year our teacher used to take gd in the class. As many companies go for gd round to prepare us for that gd was conducted. Subject teachers also give notes on the important interview questions which may probably be asked at the time of interviews.
