Likes

Hostel life, mingling with batch mates were a nice exoerience
House surgency was a time to remember leaving out certain postings
Other than these there were no other things to like in the 5.5 years of my college life

Dislikes

Certain departments were toxic towards us and according to them it was to prepare us for the future which is utter nonsense
Fee structure of the administration was just bullshit
Hostel structure,mess food were a big disaster as i mentioned

Course Curriculum Overview

If i said it was to improve the soceity i would be lying. Along with that i alsl wanted a social status and a handsome payment. For every professional there are about 10-15 students. Most of them have MBBS degree and rest have bachelors or master or doctorate in their specified fields

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is really disappointing. We are entitled to give certain amount for transport, sports, library despite of us not getting any of the above mentioned resources except for library and we have to buy sports equipments with our money, arrange transportation from outside with our money.

Campus Life

In our college there are only 4 fest annualy which are onam, christmas, convication and iftar. We do not have oppurtunities to socialize with any other colleges as we are not allowed to do the same. Just one year an interhouse fest was organised, thats all

Hostel Facilities

For the amount of fees that is extracyed from us, hostel and mess are a disaster. We dont get propr food, sometimes there migjt be insects,lizards,bottle cap in the food. If we raise and issue they would just consider that as childish character and ignore us. In a room which is fit for 2 people we were forced to fit 3 people with all our luggages and no cupboard facility

Hostel Fee: INR 40000 per year

Admission

12th standard pass and qualifying in NEET UG examination was the eligibility. Application was found on the official neet website. As i am a forward caste member i was not entitiled for any reservation. Reservations should be given on economic basis and not on cast or religion basis

Life of an MBBS student

Likes

The faculties are really good. We have amazing doctors.
We have a lot of facilities available in our hospital.
There is insurance in our hospital so it is better for financially backward people.

Dislikes

The management is not very good. If the fees are paid late they do not allow them to attend classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum is very good and it covers everything that is needed to become a doctor. The exams are quite difficult which is needed. Even if anybody fails the exam they keep another one in a month which allows us to save a year and continue with the rest of our peers

Likes

Better hygeine , clean and peaceful surronding for a student to study.
Extra curricular activities: like sports , arts , quiz competition , cme programs are held for better purpose
Lab facilities are presnet for better teaching .

Dislikes

No proper campus for relaxation and extra time after college.
Building is under construction with workers most of the time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum we follow is cbme and they provide with us a better competitive areas and competancy based learning. We have feild works and community works than the collge areas . Will let the student to think out of the frame . The exam that are held in colleges are mostly difficult bout not that difficult that an average peraon can acheive mark if they work hard or give their mind to the subjects.

We have 19 subjects spread across 4.5 years and 1 year internship in the hospital.It is a life saving career which gives you immense satisfaction and pleasure along with high stress. We want to study more than in any other courses and continue it out entire life.CBME curriculum 2019 approach to more practical based learning and postings on various departments. There will 3 internal exams in each professional year and a university exam at the year end which is of moderate difficulty.50 percent of marks is necessary to pass.

A journey worth sharing

Remarks:

We have a green campus with gardens and stadiums which make our stressful academics peaceful. We have a good library facility and internet access inside our campus. Evening games are so active with fitness sections

Amazing college

Remarks:

Always a positive remark as it is an impressive college at a very good location. Both boys and girls got good accomodation and food classes. The faculty is good hostel is good canteen is good. Overall this is heaven.

So, in order to get admitted, one needs to be either 17 or more in age. It holds some general basic necessities that all colleges demand like (10+2) cbse or equivalent exam degree. And you need to score more than 50% aggregate in PCB / Biotech combined. For admission in UG courses, candidates can apply through their NEET UG medical scorecard. Aspirants need to clear the stated cutoff percentile in order to qualify. Candidates can check the expected cutoff percentile in the year of examination in order to prepare accordingly for their respective categories( general, SC/ST, OBC). A candidate can visit the official portal of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala to get themselves registered for NEET 2020 Kerala State Counselling.
