Likes

Professors here are good and give us good explanations of concepts
Seniors here are so friendly. No ragging is promoted here.
Here the environment is soo good. The campus is lush green and very beautiful

Dislikes

There is so hot here in summer and there are no akr conditioners in lecture halls
There are very less shops here and they shut down very soon
The infrastructure here is quite old here.

Course Curriculum Overview

Well i took chemical engineering in IIT BHU(VARANASI) AS it is well renowed fot it's course curriculum . Faculty student ratio is enough here. Teaching method is good here. Most of the professors are very good. In one semester here two exans are conducted-mid sem and end sem. Exams level is from moderate to difficult level.

Placement Experience

Placements: IIT BHU is one of the best engineering colleges in India in terms of placements. For the year 2022-23, The overall placement percentage was around 90% and for ceramic engineering it was around 80%, Average package was 24 LPA. Median was 21 LPA. Quite impressive placements are provided here.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is quite high for those who do not come from very well background. But also here are many types of scholarship which student can avail by applying for them.Some are NSP scholarship, IIT BHU Foundation, etc..

Campus Life

Life at campus is well good enough. There are many fests here like kashiyatra in january, technex in march, spardha in october ,fmc weekend in november etc . There are many books in library, every book that we want to read is present there. Each type of sport that we want to lesrn and play is present here.

Hostel Facilities

Facilities at hostel are quite good. There are three students in one room and we have only provided two almirahs and rooms are not that big. We have to compromise a little in case of room????. Meal quality is good here. I like meal of here

Hostel Fee: INR 15000 per year

Admission

I gave jee advanced entrance exam for admission in iit. I took chemical branch in IIT BHU(varanasi) as Chemical engineering of IIT BHU is well renowned. Admission process was also quite good. Admission eligibility was student must have PCM and should have more than 75% in board exam

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

So entry in IIT BHU was through JEE ADVANCE. I gave the examination and got an All India Rank(AIR) of 7533. Then I had Josaa counselling where I had to select colleges according to my priorities. So one of the many colleges I filled was IIT BHU(4 Year B.TECH Chemical Branch). The distribution of colleges is purely based on your ranks. Higher rankers will be prefferd above you.
