College is overall good just placement area need to become more strong where college I found is lacking overall experience is great with everyone

I write CAT XAT and MAT and I land up in dis College due to MAT. Yes there was along with MAT result GDPI round was done and when selected I got this college. Choosing this course was my dream to work in corporate world and to get a good profile.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is absolutely good I find it very interesting. Course is based on less practical knowledge till now because only few opportunities are given to us to explore. May be we get chance in future to explore. No not any.

Internships Opportunities

I have not done internship yet so no idea about that but yes live projects are going on and no company for finance live project is there.

Placement of the college are not so great some of the good companies come and mostly for marketing few for finance and very few for HR. Average package is 3.5 lakh probably which is very lesa

Some of the activities college organise weekly such as guest lecture and club related and fest not yet happen. Contributions from college side is not very much but yes it's like Ohk ohk

Fee is reasonable according to other PGDM colleges and college is good according to ROI fee of the college is 630000 which is fine

No college do not provide it so I don't have also. Yes college help in getting loan as I have not taken so don't have details

We have few of the opportunities for extracurricular activities such as talent hunt Mr. And miss Fresher, diwali party and etc.

Hostel Facilities

I m staying in hostel and room are good but I found it very costly. Food quality is not much good but yes college call meeting when ever find student facing problem with food and actions are awaited let hope for the best about food. I pay 125000 per annum.

Alumni/Alumna

We have some of the guest lecture given by alumni. Yes guest lecture plus some of faculty are there from JIMS we interact with them as well. Yes.

Exam Structure

No not really. Classes and exam both are going great

Faculty

Faculty at college are great, knowledgeable, well experienced, teaching style is also good. They are very interactive and ready to share everything. Teaching standard is the best part of this college.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

Placement Experience:

The unique selling point of this college would be placement. Big companies come here for hiring and take a bunch if students among them, the students who have completed their first year are eligible to sit in placement Companies like Delloite, Black Rock, loreal, Federal Bank, MRF, and many more visit every year for placement with an average package of 8 to 9 lakhs. The highest package one student got is 33 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is 80-100 percent, depending on the time. My plans after my degree are the same as many students to get placed in a good company with a good package

Good opportunity in JIMS

I applied for Rajagiri in Kerala and got into it, then was waiting for MHCET but the results kept on getting delayed, then I also got into JIMS, BIMTECH as well but due to budgetary issues and placements the best option was JIMS. I wanted to get into symbiosis but my Snap score wasn't that great. NMAT also my marks were good but not that good for taking admissions in top 3 colleges of narsee munji. The admission process of JIMS is very simple, you just have to apply through their website and pay the application fees, then you will get the mail for documents such as 10th, 12th marksheet, CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/SNAP (whichever is applicable), graduation certificate/degree, work experience certificate(in case), copy of application form and admit card for Campus tour, GD, PI process which happens on 1 day. For those living in Delhi and NCR can go and visit the campus for these process , and for those outside of DELHI NCR can give the process online. Within 2-3 days you will get the mail for the results. Then after few weeks you will have to pay 1st installment fees to secure you seat in that course....Read More

I got admission to 2 colleges IITM Janakpuri and Jims Rohini, and I opted for Jims because of the ranking + placement records, and more profound environment like it's known for PGDM so that alumnus is also very good. Which we can reach out to in future for professional guidance. I didn't get rejected as I only applied for 3-5 but 3 in which I didn't get admit is because their cutoff of IPUCET is 600-700 and my score is 1005.
